Lauterbrunnen - Mürren Cab Ride, Driver's view

We take the cable car from Lauterbrunnen to Grütschalp and then we take the train to Mürren and enjoy a 10 minutes cabin view from the mountains, the Jungfrau and the Shilthorn. We are in Canton Bern, Switzerland.

have done this train trip each year in summer and winter since early 60ies till late 90ies. Still the same train. thanks for video.

I last rode this line in 1967. I then rode in car #21 and I see it is still in service after all these years as it was on the passing siding at the midpoint stop. Back then it was a funicular up from Lauterbrunnen. I went through my photos and there was a wooden bodied car #11 on a side track at Grutschalp. Is that car still extant?

no, I am afraid it does not exist anymore. by the way, the reason for the change to cable car from funicular was sloppy ground that caused a few accidents.
