    These practices deplete dopamine levels, the neurotransmitter responsible for motivation. Take a moment to check in with your mood after engaging in these activities and if your mood is low get off of your screens!
    To boost dopamine levels it’s worth doing household chores, going for a walk or heading into nature.

    I do feel refreshed and grateful after a long, lazy day on the couch binge watching tv once a month or so. Sometimes it’s nice to stop, relax and turn your brain off.

    True... 2 years in I'm so sick of home office, it's made me more lazy and out of shape.
