Hi, is it possible to send the proposal without knowing the contact details of a client (the address for the invoice) and have the client fill in those details themselves inside the proposal? In a way that it transfers over to the invoice automatically? Or do I need to have the details saved already before creating the proposal? Thank you!

Absolutely! Utilizing what’s called a “Public Proposal”, you can collect all of this information from the client right there on the proposal. Once the client fills it out, this will also create a project automatically with that their info, which will also populate into the invoice if you have that enabled as well! Check out how to turn your normal proposal into a Public Proposal through this article here: help.dubsado.com/en/articles/2761050-how-to-set-up-a-public-proposal

@@dubsado Oh. I didn’t realize this is what would make public proposals useful to me. I just signed up for the basic plan during the Black Friday promotion.

@@dubsado hey thanks. I actually talked to someone on your support chat and they explained to me how I could achieve what I wanted to do without a public proposal so that’s all good 👌
