Hey love the content, but this is now the third video I've caught where you have referred the Europa League as the Cup winners Cup, which it kinda is as the UEFA Cup and CWC amalgamated in 1999 and then the UEFA cup branded to Europa League however the winners do still receive the UEFA cup which us what Wolves won in 1972 through league position not cups. Also to help for future videos the CWC was odd take 1999 for example had it of continued into 2000 Wycombe would of been a possible qualifer, its why the tournament was dropped, qualification fell back in the cup so in 1996 Liverpool qualified as United won a double and Liverpool's league place fell to whoever was next. And before the UCL was rebranded as such Champions still qualified and a Euro/League double was rare so almost every year 1 nation was sending a defeated Semi Finalist as League champions and Cup winners were in the European Cup. and by the early 1990's almost every league had a Semi Finalists playing as there cup winners in Europe. So any year it doesnt add up chances are they qualifed as Runners up or the best Semi Finalist
Omega Dad is basically Ancelotti. Just plays people in what they are good at and gets a tune out of it. Elite, just Elite
Future rebuild idea:
Hajduk Vs Dinamo in Croatia. The eternal Derby. With the added bonus that neither of the teams are currently top of the Croatian league in real life.
Bring Hajduk back to glory
Yuppp this would be amazing plus 4 matches vs each other in league
@@mr.y965 then Omega Dad has take it
OmegaDad winning the league with that tactic is the funniest part of the video.
😂😂💪 get in 😂😂
Omega Dad going to make Luke an Animal Crossing content creator at this rate.
😂😂 💪get in 😂😂
Am I the only one that found it funny that Luke took 9/10 attempts to get the FA cup with Newcastle and Chelsea and yet does it in 2 seasons with Wolves lol.
another great video guys and cant wait to see how Glory Hunter goes
😂😂😂 thank you for your support 👊⚽️
The part that makes it funnier is that he struggled in glory hunter with the best teams in england, yet succeeded with a side that can't automatically qualify for europa league
RUN FROM IT
HIDE FROM IT
OMEGA DAD COMEBACK IS INEVITABLE
😂😂😂 brilliant 👊⚽️
Luke following the meta, dad ignoring and breaking the meta and we’ve seen who wins, Luke is a pro who’s molded to not take risks, dads a rookie with the skills to become pro and because he’s fresh he’s not scared to take risks and just smashed it in.
If Luke wants to win against this brave rookie who has more creative and fresh ideas, he needs to drop his safe old school approach, dads the oldest in age but Luke is the one playing like an old man.
🤣🤣🤣 top analysis there 👏
Hey guys, the Europa League was the UEFA Cup before, Wolves finished 4th the season before. The Cup Winners Cup was just disbanded later, not rebranded.
Well, cup winners also play Europa League now, so I guess you could also call it a merger. But I've always had the feeling UEFA Cup and Cup Winners Cup were on the same tier. Cup winners have been playing UEFA Cup for the first few ten odd years as well, before the name was changed to Europa League.
From 71 until then UEFA Cup and Cup Winners Cup were still active. Then, with the expansion of the UEFA Cup and extinction of the CWC, Cup winners were included to play there as a replacement.
UEFA Cup then rebranded to the Europa League
However, they did not merge. A cup winners cup title does not count towards the modern Europa League.
maybe it really is a case of when you have played this game for so long we overthink tactics and your dad is just going off what he thinks will work and its working lol
Omega dad winning so much that now I am on Luke’s side
We love a good underdog story
😮🫣😢
Loving the rebuilds, shame it wasn’t Birmingham vs Villa! Would love to see West Brom vs Birmingham. ⚽️
Great rebuild. Never saw Villa winning back to back PLs coming
That's what happens when omegadad takes over 😂😂💪get in 🏆🏆
I found this channel some time ago and I have to say that this is best FM content in youtube. Your chemistry is fantastic and every video is enjoyable to watch.
Pretty sure all the add-ons get directly added to your transfer budget. I remember an appearance add on appearing and i only found out because i was over my wage budget with no transfer budget, only for a million pounds to appear from an appearance add on when i sold bruno fernandes.
Love what you two are doing with the rebuilds and glory hunter it is amazing. Would love to see you guys do a Pentagon challenge, or maybe do a rebuild in Croatia, with Hajduk and Dinamo 🤞
Hey lads, I'm a new huge huge fan! Love the content as well as they length of the video! Must take a serious amount of work to complete one of these takeovers and just want to send my appreciation - keep it up boys!
Omega Luke questioning omega dad’s tactics is disgraceful- trust the process. Omega dads at the wheel
With the MLS season around the corner, and the growth in eyes on the product since Messi signed, I’m curious as to how you and dad would match up in an “El Trafico Rebuild”, or even Inter Miami vs Orlando city? Just a thought from this side of the pond. Love the content and I find you guys wholesome!!
These videos are honestly the best. Thank you both for the laughs, fun facts and entertainment. may god bless you both.
Thank you my friend 👊 ⚽️
I found this after a really bad day. Thank you Omegas. Made me feel so much better as always. Big up, keep up the great content lads ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it my friend 👊 ⚽️
Bodot winning so early in the sim is crazy - you should do a race to... series, for example race to see who can bring home a european trophy for bodot quickest, luke, dad or the game
Love the video, I would love to see a Lyon v Marseille rebuild like the good old 2000’s
9:04 He got injury in your defeat against your dad 🤣
Loving the videos, caught up with all the back catalogue and now impatiently waiting for new videos everyday! 😂 couple of ideas for vs rebuilds Melbourne derby in the A league, New York or LA derby in MLS and Sociedad and Bilbao derby. All have different registration and signing rules
On Xbox mandatory future fees are added to your transfer budget when the transfer goes through. Usually 01/07. Future incoming instalments go against the clubs overall balance and reduce the overall transfer debt. Don’t get to spend those.
Highlight of my day watching your videos ... Omega dad absolutely smashed this one
Thank you James 👊 ⚽️
Without spoilers it's fun to see all the "trash talk" re season 4 and what was going to happen...well, come true - fun video guys 👏👏👏
Yeah we couldn't believe it happened 😂😂😂
Related to the loan with the mandatory fee....... I tested it one time with West Brom, I loaned a player with a mandatory future fee and before the deal went through I checked my transfer budget and the deal went through and the budget was bigger for the amount. Try it like that. No messages btw or notification about the money coming in
Your first season tactic with Wolves is one of my Favourites. Won 9 Prems in the row with sunderland using that and now using it at liverpool
39:00 I believe when the loan transfer goes through when they officially leave on the first you get the money added to your transfer budget
Great video lads as always. Keep it going
I know for a fact that clauses do go into your transfer budget, for example "future fee after matches played." I think installments just get factored into the budget before the season.
How many squad players will omega dad sign this time? Here on FM VS Rebuilds!
Was waiting for this one
could you sometimes try a rebuild like this in Holland or in Sweden? 😊
omega dad getting rid of Douglas Luiz and Diaby is the most painful thing to watch tbh 😂
Yeah I know sorry about that , but what a finish tho 😂😂
great vid - 4 triple 2 is so OP, finished 2nd in the 1st season with Luton! lol
Congrats on the league wins Dad🎉 Quality content from you both as always 👌🏻
Dad getting better and better ,well done boys good job 👏
Do we need some Omega Dad tactics videos? Great video once again guys
can you pls do a zurich derby versus duel grasshoppers against fcz they have a hughe rivalry
Hey Fellas, great ep as always. Re: the transfer allocation - it seems like everything resets come the new season so that Bailey deal would effectively be erased? I've heard Lollujo mention something similar to that in some of his saves. Also, not sure about the whole installment thing as well. Would be nice to find out!
Great video!
three things are inevitable in life, death, taxes and omega dad doing well with a ridiculous tactic 🤣
Luke, the money in installments goes to the balance not the budget. The money of loab to buy does go into the budget if payed. The next season budget is the bare minimum youll get to spend, so it depends mainly on how generous your board are. Sorry for my english, i have greasy finger rn.
Love these stuff
it does go in transfer budget and shows in your transfer clause page and finances income page
Nice Intro: Same goal difference is wild
47:48 loving that celebration 😂 letsgooo omega dad!!
😂😂 thank you Mark 👊 ⚽️
Congrats OmegaDad….. slow and steady as usual to steal it at the end hahaha…. And it’s good to keep the youngsters in their place hahaha
😂😂 you know it 💪 get in ⚽️
With the optional future fees I don’t know , but with mandatory it goes straight in as soon as you loan them out .
Optional (if activated) and Mandatory fees from loans are going into your transfer budget 100%. Just observe your budget the day before the transfer happens and then observe it the day after. However, the transfer amount enters your budget on the day the transfer becomes permanent, not on the day you agree the loan deal. Cheers, keep the good work.
I really want to see a Blackpool vs fleetwood rebuild even if as a fleetwood fan we are going down but rebuild would make me atleast happy love the vid ❤
nothing like the rebuilds , lets go team omega dad
Lovely vid guys! I had a great laugh seeing that tactic do so well. Time to change the channel name to OmegaDad? ;)
💪 get in 😂😂 thank you my friend 👊 ⚽️
Ello Luke and poppa omega thanks for the great work you do and just started a Leeds rebuild won championship now 3rd in prem seconds season trying new tactics I made out n it's working 👍🏼 player suggestion for you velasco Argentinian 20 from MLS Dallas is world class 30 goals and 80 assists since joined try him out
You should do a rebuild in Latvija like Rīga and RFS or Jelgava and tukums
All those hours of FM Mobile payin off! Gotta love Omega dad's cash joke as well
Thank you my friend 👊 ⚽️
I think this has been your best video with the connection between you both .. really enjoyed the jokes and laughs in this video.. we gonna re-name the channel Omega-Dad with guest appearance from Beta-Luke 😂
😂😂 brilliant and thank you 👊 ⚽️
You guys should do an iceland rebuild
As a wolves fan. LETS GO FINALLY!!!!
Instalments go into your bank balance, and performance related bonuses go in or out your transfer budget
I am still on FM23 as I am waiting for FM25 but when you sell a player for instalments they do go into your budget providing you have a % of player sales about 0%. After spending what I need to I put the rest of my funds into wages for potential contract renewals and I have noticed after each month my transfer funds did start to go up to the level of the instalments coming into the club from previous sales. I assume that still works for FM24. End of loans with mandatory transfer fees I never noticed that go into my transfer budget on FM23 so I stopped accepting them for that reason.
student has become the master!!
Congrats OmegaDad 😁
From my experience, loaning a player with mandatory future fee usually goes into your bank/transfer budget the moment the original loan deal goes through
to answer your question i think it does as its optional and mandatory fee i had once in forest save i sold Hudson Odoi on loan to chelsea and they had mandatory fee of 30 million after the loan ended which went into my balance once he was a permanent player with chelsea
Omega Dad on fire!! grea video!
Thank you my friend 👊 ⚽️
COYW 🐺🧡🖤
People looking forward to the end of glory hunter
👇
We just know it’s gonna be a EL final between them - Spurs vs Man United
Couldn’t click the video quick enough , yet to watch the whole video yet but I love a wolves feature
Hope you enjoyed it 👊 ⚽️
now i wonder if i have wasted my time to understand player position and roles to fit my tactic before, where omegadad just slot all the players with questionable roles and still managed to win the league. Is omegadad actually a tactical genius?
1000000% my favourite episode of you guys yet. That 4th season part got me in stitches 🤣
p.s. i always root for Omega Dad To Win 💪🏻
Thank you my friend 👊 ⚽️
No u spot on never notice that £ go in when it loan deal I not sure about installments but when u loan with buying clause never seems to happen
I'd never get into a situation where I'd have to tell my dad "We finished in roughly the same positions."
As a Arsenal Fan I commend you Omegadad for the work you did with Villa despite what Luke said you built a very good team in this job well done Omegadad 😎👊🔥
You won't get the money in your transfer budget until the permanent move is made, the loaning club don't give the money over until the end of the loan usually
Kaladjzic got injured against Omega Dad's Villa 1st season. He tried to stop him getting the golden boot 🤣
Luke: all the big teams were early out of cup dad: yeah also spurs. I laughed at that for about 5 min 😂😂
😎😂😂
Well I always root for the underdog, so you have my support next time Luke. Look on the bright side though your on joint terms of number of times been sacked on FM24 with Dad
Great video again I even said dad will win the league season 4 haha. Luke u need to sort this out haha
Your getting to know me well David 😂😂
Eat my words “ I am the cup king “ 😂
Omega dad needs a personal scout during these competitions 🤣
Kalajdzic being the topscorer of the league.
Irl loaned to Lukes fav german club to tear his ACL 3rd time in 5 years just today.
bruh :D I like the video game outcome way more.
Can’t believe dad doesn’t play diaby , bought him second season on my save with united ended the season with like a 7.70 average rating in the league
Humble Dad😂❤
for a new series you should a DOF like you did with newcastle last fm
Instalments or full cash. When the deal goes through you get the full amount go into the club. Depending on the % of budget you get.
@OmegaLukeGaming basically becoming the Rock in one video for us wolves fans😂😂 biggest face in history, ten points clear to then break all of our hearts and become the biggest Heel in the game😭😭😭 thanks for the great video regardless boys😂😂🙌
😂😂 glad you enjoyed it Dan 👊 ⚽️
It’s what I do Dan!
As far as I have seen instalments, paid to you or by you can be seen in late june from 20. to 30. Just click on finance button and under: players sold(paid to you)/transfer expenditure(paid by you), likewise you should be able see the difference in the overall balance. Sometimes board will come to me and from sudden influx of cash and say here is more transfer money. But you can ask them yourself if you get more money from instalments. I think it is the same thing for future fees though I am unsure, haven't used them much.
Luke was confused by Omegadad tactics and so are the other opponents 😂😂😂
😂😂 true 😂😂
Every day is a school day. What a master.
56:30 that was personal😂😂😂.
Please do a Sunderland rebuild
Luke must have wished he was this quick to win the FA Cup in the Glory Hunter series.
😂😂 definitely 😂😂
When they trigger an optional buy clause in the loan you get the money 100% I can guarantee, but the mandatory clause is so so weird I think it goes into the next seasons budget
Thank you for that 👍⚽️
I think the future fees ect go into the club balance instead as I had one and my club budget went up when it came through
ffs that cash joke make me rolling lukeeee habahahabahaha
IWB won't invert if there's no wingers ahead of him and I don't think any of the striker roles play noticeably differently in possession (besides f9). If i had to nitpick would say the cm should be some dlp / r role to help recycle and iwb probably should have been on attack cause the ap ahead of him won't penetrate at all. Really tho omega dad's tactic at the end was fine (no idea why yours wasn't though lol, possibly getting stuck out wide with fullbacks too often - nobody near them cause everyone's in the box so they just try a low cross and lose it x1000 every game?).
