An absolutely massive thanks to Gamechops for uploading this! There's a little message from me in the video description explaining the makings of this album, I'd really appreciate if you could give it a read. I hope you guys enjoy the music, and thank you so much for all the support!!
Your style is great. If there's one thing I really enjoy, is the added sound effects and voice clips used. It makes it feel more alive. I Listen to this in the back while multitasking, and I always catch myself looking back at the screen when I hear the sound effects, thinking something is happening in the video, only to see it's just the still image Hahaha! But, this is great! I am a huge fan of the first album, I've been listening to that a lot during my study and drawing sessions. Keep up the good work, Champion!
just read it, wow. What an amazing journey you went on to make this! Unbelievable. Congrats an incredible result, and thank you for making this for us all to enjoy!

@@caspianc16 dude, I love your work!!! Happy to report that everything is going well! Life certainly has its ups and downs (and sometimes the downs like to keep us there for a long while), but I really find joy in creating and believe that lifts those around me as well. Thank you so much for making these and to all the producers that participated! Zelda is such a long running franchise and some of the original tracks are already so old but it's so interesting to hear how they can be made anew and how the barebones of these tracks are actually really good 💓 thank you gamechops and collaborating producers!🥰
The music is lovely, but who made the background art in this video? If it was made by an AI, maybe hire an artist. And if it were made by a human, it would be fantastic to credit them :) Keep up the good work Caspian, hope you're well.
Well spotted, I thought i'd add an extra spoonful of nostalgia in! There's actually 10 hidden melodic easter eggs throughout the album - I've got clues for each one on my page.
Still taking it all in atm but wow! High quality work and will be adding it to my Favorites playlist! Caspian, IF you ever wanted to make a #3, I've always thought the Shrine of Light theme would be wicked cool as a remix ;)

beutiful remixes, but not gonna lie, pretty disappointed in you for using ai art, it really brings this upload down quality wise as an overall product. if i'm wrong, please cite the names of the artists at least.
Thanks for taking an interest - the process was quite lengthy, I hope you don’t mind me explaining! I started out by using a variety of references including photos, my hand-drawn art, as well as digital sketches of the general structure and framework of the image. Then, I put these references into Midjourney, along with a prompt that I spent some time tinkering around with. I’ve found having this initial process helps to create AI artwork with a consistent style that reflects my mind's eye - one which has that nostalgic Zelda atmosphere. Once I have the initial images, I invest a lot of time in editing refining them, and tweaking the artwork until it matches my vision. After that, I export the image and start manually editing. I add details (such as Purah’s glasses), change the colour balance, and include little extras that I feel humanise the image. I spent a lot of time making sure the art captured the essence of each song - I think the background for Giant’s theme is my favourite. I hope this gives you a better understanding of how these artworks come to life - and I apologise for the lengthy response!

I'm a very big fan of the music you guys all make, and I listen to it almost every morning while working on art. Seeing AI images used throughout this video puts a very bad taste in my mouth and I can't finish listening to this album with that knowledge. Please rethink this, as it's a kick in the face for many artists wanting to vibe with good tunes as they work, and normalizes the use of stolen artwork.

@@elithalberg8918 It's complicated, but very briefly and simplified: because to "train" ai to make art, they use actual artists' work (99% of the time without their consent) to copy their style. ai cannot make art without being trained like that first. Also, it's terrible for the environment as it uses a lot of energy.
Matthew 13:18-23 18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty

100% AI, most of it is barely Zelda related at all. Would have been better to just use one background image that was handcrafted and Zelda themed.
