Can't Harris apply for the court to label Trump a "vexatious litigant"? I know that in California, such a person is not allowed to take legal action. They basically have their legal rights to sue rescinded until such time as the court decides that they can behave themselves.

I have donated a hundred dollars a month to the Biden/Harris campaign and now that Biden is not running I am more than delighted to give that donation to the Harris/? campaign.
I went into my Actblue account to see if I needed to stop my automatic monthly donation to President Biden and start a new one for VP Harris. Actblue didn't set up a new account for her. They simply changed the recipient's name, so I didn't have to act on it at all. The only change I made was to increase the donation a bit.

1) Trump would lose his secret service detail and be protected by the US Marshalls Service and Bureau of Prisons.
2) There are many prisons that are secure sites for prisoners who have to be jailed but are high risk due to testifying against high level criminals for example so they need secure protection. Trump can easily go there, one example being ADX Florence where convicted FBI traitor Robert Hansen was imprisoned for over 20 years until his recent death.
3) Arrangements are already being made as reported in the news between the secret service and the Bureau of prisons .
Trump is the last person to complain about misappropriated campaign funds.

Actually, he was found guilty of FRAUD for his business practices, not campaign finance violations. He was convicted for over-valuating his properties to get better loan rates and pay less taxes when he devalued them. Higher property values = better loan rates, lower property values = pay less property taxes.
