Hi - I usually make hot chocolate in the microwave. Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder in a cup of milk and microwave it for 2-3 mins. Mix it 1-2 times in between and keep checking if milk is about to spill. You should bring it to a boil and turn the microwave off before it spills. I add a couple of mini-mash mellows to the hot chocolate to enhance the taste.
