Four years ago today I witness this song for the first time after watching my boyfriend back. Since then I been in love with this song. This song has change my life forever. Jennifer McGill made me relies no matter how difficult times are eventually I bounce back and I did. Thank you Jennifer McGill.
I watched “My Boyfriend’s Back” over 20 years ago and heard this song. It took me a while (back then) to find the song, and once I did, it never left any MP3 player I carried with me. It’s one of my favorite songs from the moment I first heard it.
Love this one jennifer voice amazibg and she so pretty. She should of been bigger maybe even a huge country singer but she probably didnt want to be famous and known by everyone in the world ..i know i would not..She has so many great songs
Disney really dropped the ball when it came time to develop the MMC album. They really should have worked with seasoned, renowned industry writers and producers. Jen has a very very strong voice. I would compare her to a Celine Dion or a top tier Broadway vocalist. HoFDL is a pretty but somewhat bland ballad. I wish they would have gotten stronger material for the album. "Real Talk" and "Merry Go Round" were (for me anyway) the real gems on the album. They should have gone all in on the urban music sound for the entire project. I'd even argue that they should have given Ilana Miller an edgy, upbeat, Janet-esque track. Could have been blazing.
Blue eyed-soul at its best i love her she should've did a duet Joey Lawrence from Blossom who had a hit single called ''Nothing My Love Cant Fix' in the same year she did this song i grew up watching MMC on The Disney Channel in the 90s
Remember seeing Jennifer sing this live when I was going into 6th grade. One of my favorites from my childhood.
Beautiful song and beautiful voice and loved the movie 🎥 it was in as well.
This song is beautiful and magical. This song is very inspirational.

You better sing!
It's sad to see the twin towers in the background
When did they travel to NYC???
Probably during their tour for the MMC album.
They were supposed to release this as a single and changed their mind for some insane reason. It had nothing to do with them visiting NY
