Fucking disrespectful. If my boss called my mom to wake me up at any age, he’s gonna find out real quick. Even the mom is probably like “I don’t think you should work for this guy.”
Then again it’s upstate NY. They got smaller communities knowing each other and a struggle to make money unless it’s retail or snow business. I’d work for a competitor calling my mom.
i feel your pain at the end of the lawn care season every other day it was something expensive to fix definitely mentally drains ya keep it up bro hope things get smoother love the videos
Hey man. Good job persevering. I am a small snow and ice contractor and there were many relatable moments in this video. I appreciate knowing the struggle is widespread.
Gloom, despair, and agony on me Deep, dark depression, excessive misery If it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all Gloom, despair, and agony on me!! 😂🤠
If that problem happens again on the skid steer, Get the other loader over there and lift up the corner and "Borrow" a couple of lugs from the other wheels to get it on a trailer and back to the shop!
Yeah If you can even get lugs on that’ll work. I bet them studs are shot that’s a lot of weight especially in the back to be driving around with loosening lug nuts. We had Same thing happen and studs were shot luckily our loader was big enough to pick the skid steer up and load it on a trailer.
Hopefully you don't lose the wheel again but next time put a floor jack under the back corner, lift the machine and remove the wheel. Drive one stud out and put a grade 8 bolt through there. Put the tire back on, tighten the 2 nuts that were left and put a nut on the bolt. Good enough to load it on a trailer. I hope you kept the old wiring harness and spliced it back together for a backup. Do you know anyone with a Fisher XLS? You should trade them for 1 night. It will blow away a V plow in wide open lots like you're plowing.
The newer rams automatically turns on snow plow mode and shuts off front sensors and I’m sure much more than that. My 24 2500 works like that when I plug the plow in
You don't move a skidsteer with three wheels, you run back to the shop and grab a jack, a breaker bar or an cordless impact and do up the remaining lugs to get it onto the trailer. Should always have basic hand tools in every setup for easy breakdowns let that. A farmer jack, breaker bar. Way freaking cheaper than calling CAT for a basic breakdown
Cool videos my friend 👍. How do have to call a grown man’s mom to wake him up for work? Mike is constantly complaining, you give him the best truck to use and he’s still crying, let him stay home with mommy and not work. You had all those guys waiting for you to load the trucks but not one of them could at least wipe the loader off and get it ready? You’re such a great guy but have no loyal workers. Someone cuts the harness on the new plow but it’s a mystery of course. Things would be less stressful for you if you had guys that would help more. It’s not cool but you need to start being tougher with these guys.
You would be a bad boss you don’t have to be perfect nothings ever going to be and 3 hours of sleep min is just that so forgive a man if he’s tired humans require 8. At least if you know and the worlds not gonna and if some quality of life things get missed I’d rather have less stress to my workers then always be on their toes as long as the work gets done good and we’re all happy that’s what matters
Ppl who you got a salter from should give you a plastic card with all the codes for your salter . Every time there is a problem your controller will show u a code

Man he didn’t have to do me like that 🤦🏻♂️

Warranty brother
@@kcsnavely869 I'm not familiar with warranties as I don't own anything newer than like 2007. Would you not still have to pay for a service call?

What’s the best truck that Mike has? His personal truck? The trucks he was loading weren’t even his trucks or his crew…
LOL chill its not that serious, Mike just needs his first 11 ciggy's and he's good to start the day
You’re so far out of the loop it’s not even funny homie😂

Call a tow truck for the skid next time with snow they can easily pull that up get it off the property.
What size tractor is that to load salt been looking into a compact to load salt in the winter and move materials during the season
When it rains it pours
how much profit does snow removal make? with the salt, fuel and employee expenses? or is it the only option for work this time of year?
When did you get the new ford stainless dump truck
July
What’s the tractor you guys use to load salt?
You need to watch Ryan hall cause the northeast is going to get a lot of snow in the coming week
