For Lucas, I up smash after a kill cuz it looks sick, is strong, and mostly because it’s based on the animation of pulling a needle from Mother 3 (that one victory animation) the needles symbol a HUGGEEEEE part in the game and it shows Lucas succeeded in his journey :)

With Little Mac, for every stock I take, I like to do a flurry attack (Press the Attack button quickly). This is in reference to Punch Out!! that whenever he does a knockout, the player can have Little Mac do some small hops and just keep him on his feet so it's something like getting in some practice before the next round, or stock in this case.

for Ken you can repeatedly balance yourself on the edge and he will keep saying “uh oh” every time, the problem with this is that you can only do it while they are dead or if they are off the stage bc auto turn around but spamming light up or down tilt is also kind of a taunt because they keep grunting repeatedly
For Ness and Lucas, you can draw circles with PK Thunder.

My Online Taunt suggestions, many of these break your rules but they're still funny.
DK can strike a pose at the end of his Up B, Ness and Lucas and PK Thunder themselves onto the ground, this one is stupid but Gannondorf can Doriyah, ZSS's balance animation, Charizard can preform the legendary Zard Walk, Ike (and Palutena) can just spam Nair, Sonic can just use his Spindash again, Lucario's balance animation, Little Mac can try to make it back onstage after using Side B at the ledge, as you mentioned before Ryu Ken and Terry can turn around, Bayonetta is literally just the Smash 4 version of Dedede in the taunt metagame, Piranha Plant can eat its Patooie, Joker does a cool pose while using his Down B, and you can use a Meme Mii as an odd sort of taunt sort like you're saying you aren't taking this match seriously. There's probably more but that's what I could think of at the top of my head.
Some of these probably breaks the rules but you can use pichu special electric move to increase his percentage after taking a stock, Ridley can jab to "we will mock you", Pikachu can summon the initial thunder hit and avoid it using his down b, Little Mac can waste the K.O punch as a flex, mario can charge the flood and spray it on the ground (effective when trying to grow a villager's tree sprout and also squirtle can do it), Ivysaur can do a front flip by jumping and quickly canceling it into a down air, Dr. Mario can spin in place using his down b and so can Luigi, Marth and Lucina can use the full side b combo near the ledge while then return to the stage afterwards by up b. It's very risky but it feels so good pulling it off, C.Falcon can falcon punch (that's it) duck hunt, down b then side b quickly will make the gunman shoot and break the plate kinda like a mini game, for hero kamikaze yourself after taking a stock from someone but only when you have another stock to spare.
Edit:for byleth use amyr on the ledge and get stuck. Min min can switch arms stupid fast by mashing down b, steve can build house and use the minecart to TNT technique. For Sephiroth impale the ledge 3 times and get back on almost like a stretch excercise, for Pythra switch between the two quickly. And finally Sora can fly and draw an L shape with side special. And now everyone can taunt online.
Also villager does a better shrug after missing pocket and can do cartwheels in the air (spam nair)
I know walking is banned, but i think sonic walking derserves a pass

I have a couple of ideas
Pichu: spam down special to take loads of damage and assert dominance.
Lucas: Use his Zair on the ledge to dangle.
Duck hunt: this is kind of complicated. Use side special to throw the frisbee, spawn the gunman, let is shoot, then destroy the frisbee by using side B again to make it look like the gun man shot the frisbee.
Zero suit: Backflip off stage (Down B), then recover with Up B.
Little Mac: jump off stage and recover because then you can flex you recovered with him.
Dr. Mario: Show kids medicine is bad and throw pills off the ledge.
Piranha Plant: Spam Neutral B and eat some lunch that missed.
Ridley: Use Down Air off stage and recover.
Now here are other Dlc charters.
Joker: Hang from the ledge with Up B.
Hero: Use Down B to think about life.
Banjo: Waste a feather, or if you ran out use Down B and crap where your opponent died.
Terry: Use the GO thing.
Byleth: jump of stage and use your Down B then recover.
Min- min: Die because you chose this character.
Steve: Blow yourself up to assert dominance. Or do the taunt where he repeatedly sneaks and recreate that by teabagging.
Sepheroth: cling onto the stage with Fair.
Kazuya: Spam crouch dash.

I like just briefly tapping the shield button as Yoshi repeatedly. He does a little hop when you release his shield and it works great as a taunt IMO, plus if you tap the button for short enough you don't actually see the shield come out so you just get the hop.

Pikachu/Pichu: Up special, teleporting in place looks cool.
Dr. Mario: Down Special, it also strikes a pose at the end of its animation.
Marth/Lucina: Dancing Blade, looks flashy.
Ganondorf: Do a DORIYAH to flex and to show your superiority.
Zero Suit Samus: Down Special to look like you are doing acrobatics.

If you hold up smash long enough, he’ll dab
You can go close to the bottom of the blast zone, jump and up b, and air dodge up just to flex on little mac mains.
