As soon as I saw the ball fly in, my thoughts immediately went to an earlier episode, when Clive-sama set out his benchmarks for Nwaneri’s development, top bins finish was one of them. It’s pretty cool we get to witness this journey in real time, hopefully for us it’s a trophy laden career…COYG🔴⚪️
Hi Elliott I have never been so excited since Saka and Martinelli have come into the team because Ethan is going to be a star and I don't think we have any reason that Ethan and Martin could play together.
rhythm. Ethan plays with rhythm, a different rhythm than most. Martin does the same thing, Martin also did it as a teenager as well. Ethan does in fact glide, so does Martin. When a player plays with this kind of rhythm of movement on ball they are a different level. Martin will help Ethan develop, it is an astute point from Art that Ethan may be best when playing with Martin. Will be interesting to see what comes of Ethan over the next 2 years or so. I can see a two attacking 8's with Ethan on the left when Mikel wants that tactically instead of the power he defaults to with a Merino and Rice together. Rotation, injury, and what is required of course will help form his future as he looks to express himself within the team.
Clive it was an absolute pleasure to meet you on your way out of the Royal Oak after the Liverpool game... forgive me for kissing your ass in public lol But seriously I'm yet to listen to someone as knowledgeable and articulate about the game and Arsenal as you. I look forward to seeing and listening to you more in the mainstream Media because Lord Knows we need it
@Clive We'll play Partey, Rice and Marino and put Rice on Bruno when they have the ball again. We did this last season at home and it completely took Bruno out of the game. They have Joelinton back now so I completely expect to see Marino again to play against him. They're a big team too.
If Ethan models his game on Martin Odegaard - he really can reach the levels needed. I really hope Mikel and Martin work together to take Ethan to a new level - Mikel to coach the tactical side and Martin to tell him how to take the first touch in key situations. What a gem of a talent Ethan is because this guy is mentally there just needs some fine tuning. Martin will be the best influence for Ethan because they are prodigies and we cannot lose that talent , Martin took a couple of years at Sociedad to figure it out so he is the best person to mentor Ethan.

Why is there always discussion of getting Rice to 6 to fit others - DISRESPECT for Partey from yankeegunner and scott on this platform is always salient.... Not my favorite bit... The quicker you acknowledge PArtey's importance to this team, the better for the so called unbiased pod. You want us to positively support but you guys hypocritically don't do by picking one over another player
The discussion is about the Arsenal team going forward. Partey is still a good player now and will be important for this season and perhaps the next. But he is 31 years old which means his time is coming soon. We’re obviously not going to to build our team around an injury prone 31+ year old when there’s new and developing talent like Nwaneri and players entering or in their prime like Rice, Odegaard, and Merino.
@@KarltonFranz His contract ends at the end of this season. So, he won't be here even for the next season. Arsenal aren't going to give him a new contract because of his injury record, age, and big elephant in the room.
Love Art, always a pleasure to hear his opinions!!Love Clive for he is THE ONE, Love you Elliot ❤ Great podcast!!!
Fantastic discussion. Art was a top addition thanks for joining!

I'm so sorry but I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was brilliant.

@fordy423 thank you I need to hear more from Art as he is a great communicator and his understanding of the academy and Etham is first class.
Are Saka and Ethan similar personalities?
Clive and Art, great combo
Elliot is okay too.
