Excellent coverage for LA food scene, I think Taipei Bistro is not the best Taiwanese food in LA but they have a wide variety of selections, Sinbala in Rowland Heights and Arcadia is another one of those restaurant.
For beef noodle soup and pop corn chicken, I would suggest Corner Beef Noodle House in El Monte
For pork chop, I would suggest King Chop in Rowland Heights
