Please Rice is 120,000 Naira... Please correct your statement on the amount of rice in the market. Uniform officers in the borders are buying and giving to their wives to sale but seizing others who only bought 1bag. They will seize and take to the wives. Very horrible criminal actions by Nigerian uniform officers at the borders
