It was most likely me, we were everywhere on that cruise 😂
Do the verandas have a plastic backing on the balcony so a toddler can’t squeeze out their head?
I’m not 100% sure what you mean, but you can’t fit anything through its metal and glazed with very small gaps to the edge.
Love the video very informative we sail in December was just wondering where do you get your fish extender and stuff to decorate the door with? ❤

Looks like an amazing time! What shuttle bus did you get/where did you get it and it drop you off? Was it pre-arranged for you?
It was all put on by Disney because the dock they thought they would have didn’t happen so it got moved. So the car park was a bit away from the ship. It was all detailed on communication by Disney.

@katherinemclee you can park in IKEA, I think it’s £5 per day. That’s quite convenient for the port too. We are doing that for an MSC cruise we are doing in May.
@@jsadventures682 That's really handy! I'll be travelling to Southampton so we will need to get a taxi but wasn't sure if that was the easiest way
@katherinemclee it will all depend upon where the ship has docked however taxi and car drop-off was right up to the check in desks. Your luggage is taken off you pretty much when you get out of the car and then you only have any personal items you require. Any larger cases can be dropped off directly to your cabin pretty much from the car.
We have been thinking about taking a DIsney Cruise that sail from UK however we are too scared it will be rocky , was it quite stable?
Absolutely! It’s like a floating city. You barely even notice. The worst we had was overnight in the Bay of Biscay. Even then it wasn’t too bad!
Was it a mix of American staff English staff onboard?
I wouldn’t say there is a predominant nationality on board. Cast members from every corner of the world. 😀
One thing my wife hates is attention, we’re not going to be doing the sit down dining as she can’t face being sat with people she doesn’t know (we haven’t been for a meal out in well over a decade).
The idea of the family announcement is now filling her with dread, please tell me I can have a quiet word and we can skip it 😬.
Also, how much is the photo pass, is it worth it 🤔 definitely was in Disney world
Yes you can definitely ask to skip the onboarding announcement.
You can request a dining table to yourself, it’s not always guaranteed but you can ask.
The PhotoPass for us is always worth it. We love it, weather it by Disney Parks or cruising!!
$199 for the PhotoPass this time, but it depends on the cruise length I think. You can prebook to save some $
@@jsadventures682 yeah should wouldn’t want to ask. Plus she’d hate the waiter service, we used to go to a hotel every year that we loved but had to stop going because they changed the layout and it was so bright and the new staff were all over you, which is great if you like customer service but when you have social anxiety is the very definition of hell 😵.
We’re going for a three dayer in August this year (first ever cruise), she’s been stocking up on stuff to put in peoples fish extenders for the last 6 months.

Did you need to apply for a Schengen visa before boarding the ship?
Nope, I think that comes in in 2025. I could be wrong.
What is fish extenders?
They hang outside your door and allow people to put pixie dust (random acts of kindness) in or fish extender gifts. So before this cruise there was a Facebook group set up, and the admin arranged people in to groups, you then said what your favourite character was, then you purchase a small gift for each person in your fish extender group.
For our next cruise, the fish extender groups have already been set up and that one is a “candy exchange” so instead of gifts you have the potential to get sweets from around the world depending upon who’s in your group.
