I’ve always loved the attention to detail in jojo games that DIO and Jotaro can freeze time in response to the other to negate the effect for a while. It’s cool that the devs take the time to implement that. The stand rush clashes are also badass
the most popular jojo/jofoe , they would have lot of attributes to it, and we can select them in the free demo, the devs use their budget on the right spot
During DIO's GHA, if you have at least 2 bars you can press the input for time stop to interrupt the ending of the GHA and receive less damage overall. In addition, no matter how low your health was before you get it, you'll always survive with at least 1 hp after the cutscene.

I mean i get that they had the special cutscene for the Road Roller but it's still a beta i wouldn't expect too much but this was great! Hope to see more when it's fully released
Kars was in the original on PS3 and was a lot of fun, and with the new combo system I'm sure he's gonna be super good. Diavolo was too but I didn't play him as much because he's kind of a big brain char, but I'm hopping Doppio gets in
I love this game, it's easily my favorite JoJo game. Although I have some really high hopes for the game. Aside from character stuff like the Time Stop sound effect for Jotaro and DIO not being the sound from the anime. Or characters that weren't in the original game that I hope make it into this version but, I think my biggest issue is that it's delay based netcode which makes the games online like XenoVerse 2's. Its unstable and glitches all the time. Also I wish there were actual air dashes and not running jumps. Oh and for the last thing, I hope instead of Just regular assists the game gets a 2v2 mode. Where you can switch characters like Tekken tag 2 or something like that. It would make combos in this game so fucking cool. It would also be nice to see anime characters interact with their teammates in their intros. Oh but, my last thing PLEASE ADD RAI MAMEZUKU
I think if you'd used the "cutscene breaker" (I have no idea how this thing is called) in 1st match you shown, you'd win. What I mean by "cutscene breaker": when Jotaro gets GHA'd by DIO he can input timestop command/GHA(I don't remember which one and usually do both), and then Jotaro's GHA bar is lowered, but he receives no damage from the roadroller explosion.
@@yorukaze1400 You can. As a bonus, even if you had 2hp when the GHA hits you, if you do the cinematic time stop for 2 Heat Bars, it can't kill you. You'll always end it with 1hp at minimum.
I've played a bit of the original just first impressions I would have been challenging those full screen stand rushes and then you gotta mix him with grab if he does parry walk
From playing back on PS3 I had a lot of fun with Joseph and Kira, personally - hope you enjoy those two though, DIO is lot of fun and can pull off some really sick shit that the guy in the vid doesn't get close to
Well have to see once the full game releases but this seems like such a bland basic fighter.. I did about 30-40 matches today and honestly it just feels bad.. I started to get some real combos down by the end but really it’s just way to shallow to be “good” not to mention the damage scaling is nuts. Probably not gonna be for me
Its a fan service game first. But they are implementing changes to bring it more akin to a traditional fighting game, i can already tell ya its wayyyyyy better than ps3 version back then

They're hiding it cause the game has a HUGE desync issue online where it causes players to see 2 different things when the non host uses a combo break
