I think you may have similar tastes to myself based on what you like to read 😂 for the book bingo, a book from the 1800's i recommend which is also my alltime favourite is Pride and Prejudice.
Ooh, yes! I have a gorgeous copy of Pride & Prejudice that I have been meaning to read!! I've read a portion of it and loved the writing but just have never gotten around to it. Will definitely try to get to it this year!
@@TheChronicReader Thank you so much! 💕 I love both shops so much - they honestly make it so effortless to create beautiful spreads. Excited for your journal as well!! ✨
I love what youve done with your journal. Ive ordered a 8x8 Pink storybook journal from Archer and Olive for my first reading journal and cant wait to get started. Love that sticker artist too. Ill have to check her shop.
Thank you so much! I love that Storybook design from Archer & Olive and would love to try an 8x8 some day -- I hope it treats you well. And yes, her art is amazing!! I highly recommend!
Wait thank you so much!!! You are such an inspo to me and I love that we both picked brown/pink as our opening spreads -- it will be such a nice tone setter for the year!! 🥰Excited to see your journal as the year unfolds ❤
Truly gorgeous! I’ve been watching so many book journaling videos lately and I know for a fact that I’ll be watching your videos a lot from now on too. Lots of love ❤️ ❤❤
Thank you so much!! ❤ I think I have watched hundreds of reading journal videos too and it's been a lot of fun to make and share my own. I really appreciate the support. 💞 I just posted my December update by the way so you can check out some new spreads!
Your journal is STUNNING! I definitely see the influence of Cozy with Katy, but also love how you adapted her style and made it your own. Our Magical Readathon spreads are incredible! I will be saving this video for future inspiration. Well done! (Also, your video was very well produced! I loved the text pop-ins)
Aaah your tracker is decorated beautifully! So my taste - love every single page! 💗 Thank you for taking the time and including all the links and explanation of each sticker and peeps who've inspired you - your video is so calming and easy to follow through. I'm starting a reading tracker too! I'm not doing mine in a cute journal like yours thou - just using up a book I've had for years to see if I like it and to experiment before I commit to it. I've started rereading books again around October thanks to Erin's Bewitched challenge. So far I've managed to read a book a per month so I'd like to 'reward' my progress or rather 'memory keeping' by a physical tracker. Looking at your video, I've gotten some ideas for my pages too. I think I might add a 'Hall of Fame' section for some of my fav books I've read throughout the years. I might also add a dedication spread to my sibling and my childhood fav author who was the whole reason I fell in love with reading... I wish you best of luck in your reading journey! Let's do our best! 💪
Thank you so much -- this is so kind!! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and found the links helpful. I love the idea of a dedication and hall of fame spread! I definitely want to add a "seasonal favorites" page in my journal with my favorite reads every month/season. I also started tracking my reading with just a planner I currently owned before committing to a full journal -- always smart to use what you have before buying new stuff. But thank you again and happy reading! 💞
Beyond beautiful. Girly and pink isn't my personal taste, but it is put together so aesthetically I really love the overall look the the subtle use of lines and colour. (: Very inspriing for setting up my own soon. (:
Thank you, this is so kind!! If you decide to share your journal, I would love to see! But happy journaling either way and I am glad it inspired you!! ✨
Oh I love the idea with the bookshelves and putting designs on the books. I usually just put the book titles on the books and make my shelves look pretty with objects on them. I really enjoy the picture frame idea with the reading goals page I never know how to decorate that page personally. Thank you for putting up your reading journal.
I'm so glad you were inspired -- thank you for your kind comments! I got a lot of great inspiration for the frames on Pinterest by searching "vintage frame illustrations" and kind of looking around for simple ones to draw. 💖
@ Yes, I have I might be a bit ambitious but I’m doing Archmage AND Mind mender. At least that’s the plan right now. I might just do Archmage, at first. What do you think you’re going to do?
@@CatharinaC1792 I made mine at Picrew! It’s a website with a bunch of character generators 🩷 The one I used was called “Gnarled Wood” but there are a bunch on there. And thank you so much for the compliment 💞
I tried with 4th Wing. It gets talked about so much and so many good reviews but something about too much cursing and smutty talk in a book especially right at the start puts me off. Love Emily Wilde tho and Mistborn is on my TBR too but rn Im in middle of Stormlight archives.
Yeah, really popular books can be very hit or miss for me! I'm interested to see what it's like, but I don't know if it will be for me! Enjoy Stormlight! It's definitely on my list after Mistborn.
