thank you.... i have been looking for a plate carrier forever cause im 510 145 and it is very hard to get one that fits .....not into airsoft but the real deal and seeing this video finally made me pull the trigger and pick one of these up for my level 3 plates ......thank you
How do you like it? I'm looking for a plate carrier, maybe this one or the Condor MOPC, and am also not a big guy. I'm going to be putting some AR500 plates in it.
From what I've been reading the MOPC is not a good idea if you aren't a bigger guy. It was my first pick for paintball, being a full torso carrier, but from what I've read would shake around too much on a guy like me. I'm 5'9 150 pounds. Reviews on this Gunner are that it can be made to fit someone of my size, and I imagine it will work well for you to. Minimal waist is 30 inches, so pretty small, unlike the MOPC. I'm ordering mine tonight.

Yeah what I've read from other sites, but of course you can make some tweaks here and there yourself. What I'm doing is cutting some foam garage pads to size to use as plates to give it shape. It will absorb the impact and still be light too
Is the velcro on the top half molle as well I want to get the condor horizontal holster and mount it on my chest on the velcro but the holster is is for molle not velcro si I need clarification

I too am 5'10", 145lbs, looks like it fits you pretty well so I'm thinking this might be the one for me! Thanks for sharing and also thanks for adding in your height/weight to help other people (myself included) determine if this PC is a good option for them.
I have a lot of experience with condor PC with hiking with weighted plates and their hydration packs on it. I've also done target practice with them it's really good really affordable decently comfortable for 70-110 it's probably the best for it's price
@@breadm8101 I agree on the "best for the price" thing. I did end up going with the Gunner PC, shortly after posting on this vid and it's still my go to. Was NOT disappointed with what I received. The carrier is rigid enough to bear what ever weight i add to it, but still flexible enough to afford a full range of motion without, being floppy. Stitching was well done, rows&columns of molle are correctly sized, nicely bar tacked and secured well to the carrier body, as well as being placed in a well thought out manner. My LAPG Lv4 shooters cut plates fit well inside the plate pockets and are secure enough that they've never inadvertently escaped. The gunner is comfortable and breathable, mobile, easily adjustable and user friendly. I use mine almost daily while rucking thru the woods, but also on hikes, walking to and from bushcraft camps, during range training, and sometimes even just chillin' around the house while practicing dry fire and reload drills. It sees alot of use, is worn in and doesn't look brand new anymore, but it is nowhere near being busted or worn out.. If you're of "average body size and on the slim side, I *Highly* recommend👍 ✌ 🌈🌈🦄🦄⚔🛡🇺🇸

How tall are you/is he? I'm just trying To calculate how it is goingto look like on me, chose im short Guy (about 170 cm) and im in good condition so i look pretty skinny. I'd like To have plate Carrier's that doesen't make my moving harder.
It's annoying that they didn't allow any side plates, if you're gonna run some AR500s overseas, I'd rather just get a more versatile quick take on and off onetigris vest with straps for your sides.
So I just purchased this from Evike. This is my first plate carrier. I installed fake foam cheap plates from a local airsoft shop. Admittdely this is not comfortable. Is it suppose to be? It sits high and with the plate forces in on my stomach uncomfortably even though I'm fairly slim (5' 11", 165 lbs). Are other plate carriers more comfortable or are all uncomfortable with fake plates. OP, what plates did you use?
I dont understand why you would buy fake plates. But If these plates are not curved and shooters cut get rid of them. They will not fit comfortably. I am not an airsoft guy and I run real ar500 plates and the curved shooters cut feel fine although heavy.
james ranger Fake plates give it support. Real plates are cool but freaking expensive and heavy to just use for airsoft. I actually made some adjustments and pretty quickly got used to the Gunner Plate carrier. I actually really like it. I have my mag pouches and drop pouch set up on a tactical belt and then just put additional mags in the kangaroo pouch on the front. Otherwise I keep it pretty bare which seems to work great for mobility.
Will fit real plates but no side plates. The adjust-ability of this vest is also very limiting. When running hard armor the vest is very difficult to set up properly and have the plates sit where they need to. Depending on your needs I would suggest looking into other carriers. Condor Cyclone, or the MOPC.
+Cambodiot wow, do your homework guy, this is a plate carrier, u need armor plates in it, and yes, if u get level 3 or 4 plates it will stop multiple hits from either rifle, even green tips. it isnt for airsoft only, its more of a budget shtf carrier, u wouldnt use it in iraq but if u need armor it would save your life

You may need to adjust it and yes this one is big but in my opinion it is comfortable

Its tan but lighting is a color killer
