Mayuri is better classified as amoral. He doesn't care about good or evil. He just cares about SCIENCE!

Actually he himself face a path of "redemption", in the ss arc he is absolutely a villain, in the arrancar arc he is a neutral force that happen to side with the "good ones" but he acts in a less evil way compared to before, the in this arc he definitely shows more a good side of him. Anyway I absolutely agree about the fact that he is amoral, but while at first his actions were more inclined towards evil now they are more inclinet towards good, still his methods are always ruthless to pursue science.

Yeah you are not gonna win that lazy argument , little bro . Is a universal fact that nobody cares when a bad person gets retribution for being terrible . There is a reason people use the phrase "you get what you f'ing deserve" . Evil being inflicted upon an innocent person that has done no harm , is far more infuriating than evil being inflicted on a monster.

The way Mayuri kills Szayel is one of the most memorable kills ever. And one of the things that makes Mayuri so entertaining as a character is his dialouge, he is very witty and sarcastic and he enjoys messing with his opponents.
Mayuri fight has one of the most badass ending of this arc. It's so much more than just brute force most of the other fight are.
Mayuri is great! He is like what happens when the villain is on your side.

Others have likely said this already but "Banzai" is a shout in Japan used for celebrations, it means something like may he rule for a thousand years (at least that what i seem to recall being told)
This fight iss ratheer censored compared to the manga.
When Szayel ate one of his subordinatesd in the manga hee started biting his head, in the anime they were turned to an energy ball then eaten. With Nemu insntead of emerging ass a gas, he emerged from her mouth after her belly had grown and she looked visibly aged or drained.
Mayuri has and always will be a menace.

This episode is one that's always in my memory when I think about bleach , the whole time slowed and you just have to deal with it is brutal tho kind of plot armor like smart to pre plan and have this drug readily available but his opponent had to fight her and this drug happens to work perfectly against a guy who revives etc. but still cool ep this captains for sure one of my favorites as I'm sure many others , he's got so much character to him.
Mayuri's fight is so much interesting to watch cause first , he doesn't care about moral and second , it's an OG idea where we can't see it in other anime characters

- Correct, Zanpaktou's purify hollows sending their soul over to the Soul Society, but it doesn't change the truth that they are still Killing them. Hollows are beings, who serve an equal function in the balance of the world, yet Shinigami would consider it justice to "purify" a hollow. This is tricky because we know that the Shinigami's sense of justice isn't always fair or morally correct.
- Banzai is a phrase used as a japanese battle cry
- Hollows so devour souls mostly other hollows, but it's no different from how animals eat other animals, it's their natural instinctive function. Killing them for that would be unfair, though that's not the primary reason Shinigami "kill them", the goal of the Shinigami is to maintain the Balance of souls, so ensuring not too many hollows exists is a part of the job but it's also important that hollows continue to exists.
- Szayelaporro Gabriel ability is censored here, the idea is that he forcefully rebirths himeself using the body of the victim, the depiction is much more graphic in the manga and it aligns with his abilities release command which is "To Fornicate". In the Manga we see Nemu's stomach grow in size as if impregnated and then he slithers out of her mouth, birthing himself anew.
Banzai is a way for japanese folks to say "long live the king"
Also was a mass attack or an all-out usually desperate attack by Japanese soldiers in World War II, but the intention is the same: long live the king
Banzai is more like "Glory!" and is shouted in battle since before middle ages in suicide charges.

Mayuri Kurotsuchi is his first and last name. They all have both sometimes they use one rather than the other.
As far as I understand it when a soul reaper kills a hollow it cleanses their soul sending them and all the souls they've consumed to the soul society, but I'm not sure if they're the same as they were when they were a hollow.

That arrancar number 8 'Szyaleporro Grantz' should have tried to make clones of Mayuri to fight original Mayuri. Those all clones will try to stab and poison original. But as Mayuri said he came prepared, perhaps he had something in his sleeve for that cloning trick or power.

You should have seen what Nemu looked like after Szayel resurrected from her body in the manga. What they showed in the anime is completely censored.

Nemu is like Mayuri´s daughter... he loves her on his own way. This battle was ended before it even started so he knew she was not in danger. Don´t forget that she is an artificial soul in progress to become a real soul try by try... this Nemu is not perfect yet in Mayuri´s standards
