as a ulc player with over 10k wins i admit torn notebook is not a bad weapon is great and take skill like the spear and can be really good to defeat a lot of sanses, the only thing that need fix is a little his hitbox but even with that is one of my favs weapons to use also btw i play vs sanes2 and yeah he is pretty bad in the game- (plus in one of his videos say disbelief is the ´´stronger´´ character of all ulc when if im honest this rework of disbelief made it x30 more funny and is by far more balanced than old disbelief with his one shot blasters since i play old ulc and man i prefer by far this newest disbelief that is by far more balanced than the old one)
He sayed "strongest character in game right now not stronger" + torn notebook is bad like bro you need to hit sans 2 times for one upgrade sanes2 not that bad in game you guys only showing her bad clips he soloed killer sans with torn notebook in that video.
As an actual good hardtale player I can say this weapon does NOT counter him at all it lacks what really makes hardtale wanna die which is either super good mobility or super good range abilities. If you use it with integrity and bait out his attacks it can be decent but theres way better wepaons for him that do way better with the same strategy.

I only said it because its truthful, sanes2 IS bad at ULC if he calls all skill based weapons mid and worst weapons without vague reason. Yes, i may went overboard, BUT i have a HEAVY reason for me to do so, and that is Sanes2's stubbornness on every weapon not requiring ANY skill
Additionally, the whole ass reason i decided to make torn notebook at first is because i was interested in it cause i liked how it felt playing. What sparked my decision is Sanes2's video, so there's that

Honestly every time i used it, i always rocked against Hardtale users even with those who are UPG 2, although maybe i just got bad players, who knows

Dt rework sucks soo much....
Its fine in some parts, but at least it makes it more skill based. Its just pretty braindead on weapons who can spam M1 (like Real Knife)
