- Documents and things to be carry with you in your Travel Pouch & Hand Luggage while traveling to Canada on Study Permit.
Travel Pouch
1. Original Passport
2. All Previous Passports (if applicable)
3. Air Ticket
4. Travel & Health Insurance (if you have purchased)
5. Vaccination Certificate (During COVID 19 it was required currently there is no requirement to provide Covid 19 Certificate, but still you may need it)
6. Foreign Currency Notes with Purchase Bill
7. Indian Currency (To be use during journey at Indian Airports)
8. International Forex Card / International Debit Card or Other Cards (if you have purchased)
9. Credit Card/Debit Card (if have & required)
10. Pen
11. Mask
12. Ear Plugs
13. Eye Mask
14. Necessary Medicine with Prescriptions and Medical Reports (if required and compulsory to take during journey)
15. Address and Phone number of where will you be staying in Canada

Immigration & all other Important Documents.

20. Tuition Fees Receipts
21. Guaranteed Investment Certificate
22. Letters of Acceptance (Admission Letter/Offer Letter)
23. All Educational Documents Originals

26. Birth Certificate Original
27. Driving License Original
28. Adhar Card (if you wish to carry) (you can make smart card copy from photocopier)
29. PAN Card (If you wish to carry) (you can make smart card copy from photocopier)
Students need to collect the study permit from the airport. In case of a co-op program, students are also required to obtain a work permit from the airport along with the study permit
We advise you to keep one set of all documents photocopy while traveling, one set of all documents photocopy for Immigration Purpose, 1 to 3 sets of all documents to use in Canada in initial days in different processes and one set notarized photocopy of your personal documents (Passports, Birth Certificates, Educational Documents, Adhar Card, Pan Card etc… only)
Scan all documents and keep one digital copy set in India with your parents and keep one set ready for yourself.
