350g Boneless Chicken
1 each Red, Yellow Green Bell Peppers
2 Carrits
1 Small Head Brocoli
100g Chestnut Mushroom
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
For The Chicken;
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Chicken seasoning or 1 Bouillon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Cornflour
Sauce:
4 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Just something I found out about recently, I found that mashing some sweet potatoes, apples, kiwi, etc in to stews, sauces will naturally sweeten them up without needing to use any refined sugar. Plus the depth of flavor you get from them is just out of this world.

This was BIG hit! Made this last night and also added Swiss chard and sugar snap peas from our garden. I would have never thought to use smoked paprika on the chicken but it really adds a beautiful depth of flavor (only had breast meat on hand but it cooked up nice and moist moist)! I'll be making this again... and again... 🙂

Cooked this for lunch today and it was awesome! The chicken was nice and tender and the sauce was everything. I didn't have oyster sauce so I just used sweet soy sauce instead and used regular soy sauce instead of the light and dark soy. Husband thoroughly enjoyed it. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
