As much as I hate Kaigaku, if he didn't lure the demon then Gyomei would've never became a demon slayer and wouldn't have been able to help during the Kokushibo fight and the Muzan fight.

@@zaman3399no. Kaigaku turned into a demon after Gyomei join demon slayer corp. I don’t know if they had a confrontation before infinite castle but if i remember correctly Kaigaku becomes a demon during the Hashira training arc or sometime near it because the master of Zenitsu died during Zenitsu Tanjiro and Inosuke training under Gyomei. So it would take 3 days for Kaigaku to become a demon and sometime to someone find that he is actually a demon. If you read in the manga past the last panel in the video Yushiro stated that Kaigaku is Upper Moon six but he can’t use well is demon art and so he become a demon recently and if a year would pass from when he becomes a demon Kaigaku would definitely win against Zenitsu. So kaigaku become a demon is from 6 months to 1 month before the current battle

I love that the author actually made Kaigaku relatable in a way: he was the type of person that did everything to survive, even "walking over dead bodies" as they say. We can't deny that people like this don't exist. Kaigaku was just too arrogant, full of himself and with a superiority complex for his own good.
Funny thing is all he had to do was follow Gyomei rule and not stealing to survive back then.
Gyomei temple isn't big but at least from the backstory the orphans isn't starving, as far as i know that is enough to survive. He's just too arrogant and selfish, that's all.

Già dalla backstory di gyomei si è visto di che pasta era fatto, facendo una cosa disgustosa solo per salvarsi la vita, poi(vedendo anche questo video) ha fatto suicidare dal dispiacere il suo insegnate....veramente un personaggio che merita solo le peggio cose.

Lot more exposition then there is battling but I understand it's a writing choice. It will be cool to see it animated regardless.
It makes sense, thunder is the fastest breathing, so the battle wouldnt be too long.

Zenitsu killed an upper demon by himself without a mark
But kaigaku is a newbie upper. He still didnt learn about any blood technique. Yushiro said it was lucky yo zenitsu cause he was fighting the New upper demon who haven't learn any blood technique
@@User10-i9d blood technique don’t mean shit when it’s a breath user. He was strong enough to be considered an upper moon. And he was a lightning breath user which is probably the strongest breathing style outside of sun and moon.

Kaigaku: Recovers from the first attack, cuts Zenitsu with his second form, cuts him up even more with his third form, Literally scorches him with his fifth form, completely shuts down Zenitsu with his six form, than gets caught off guard by Zenitsu's 7th form and dies an attack he had no idea existed, Kaigaku would have obviously expected the first form again and countered it. But not only did Zenitsu use a new form, he used one Kaigaku could never have known about.
Not only this Kokushibo acknowledged Kaigaku's potential, The literal second strongest demon acknowledged his potential. Kokushibo wouldn't just make anyone a demon. Kaigaku even got Muzan's approval.
Even more Yuishiro mentioned with only a year of training and adjusting to being a demon he Zenitsu would have died on the spot.
The point here I'm trying to make is I'm sick of people downplaying Kaigaku, he had insane potential and could have easily become one of the top demons in the verse. Yet everyone just mentions how he got one shotted when Kaigaku was cooking Zenitsu the entire fight.
Zenitsu got one ass pull form and now everyone's saying Kaigaku's weak
Cuz he hasn't mastered his blood demon art yet, even Yuishiro said that if that fight happened one year later, Zen will be eradicated instantly

Shows how strong Zenitsu is, at that point Zenitsu is capable of trashing on Daki, however when it comes to Gyutaro, Hantengu and Gyokko, not so much
