I don't like those high-rise buildings, you can't live in them because when there's wind, there's a sway of half a meter. The wind has something to lean on. Maintaining high-rise buildings is almost impossible, very expensive. The people who live in them are scared and afraid of heights. They are afraid to open the window, they are afraid for the children, they will fall out. It's not livable.

It can be really scary on the top floors when it is high wind. I agree with that. It is not for me either.
