Love this song too, and has been constantly been on loop on my playlist ^_^ I don't mind the staging much (the stage is beautiful though!), but the song is just such a feel-good bop and for some reason takes me back to my first few months of uni when folk-pop songs were the rage, defo targetting the nostalgia and my age range hahaha ^_^ I say YES!

When I saw there was a reaction video for this song, I knew every work Deban was going to say before I pushed play. I have to say that I was really surprised by William's comments. Is song going to win? Not a chance. They both look amazing. The song is so uplifting, and on any day when you were needing a boost, this song could do it. It would have been nice to see them perform this on the Eurovision stage. Since there are no instruments allowed there, seeing them interact with each other would only make the song even better.
Deban has expected Denmark to not qualify in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In all cases, the bookmakers rated Denmark higher. Not many people have such a negative attitude towards so different songs as Rasmussen's and Leonora's.

Out of all the songs this year, the five tunes that I predict will get the green room and audience going the most like Miki and "La Venda" did last year will be Denmark, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Israel and Russia. The crowd is going to be yelling "YES YES YES!" At least if there is an audience...
I mean....they have no audience. Try to sing in front of no audience when you see an entire ocean of empty seat, it's hard to be "cheery" or "excited" when you sing with no one in the seat

This song is not to my taste, but it's a tight country-pop song with good harmonizing, backing instrumentation, and voices, and a catchy chorus. The styling is so obviously a juxtaposition of glamazon and Buddy Holly guitar-nerd, I'm surprised anyone would miss it. I mean, Deban doesn't have to like it, but considering other entries that have gotten his thumbs uppies, why is this a problem? ThanksForPosting.

The song is catchy and cute, and I have them barely qualifying in my pre-contest prediction, but...it's going to take a really convincing performance to do that. I like the chorus a lot, but it's in Semi 2, where there are many countries who can qualify. I'll say it's a borderline qualifier as it is now, and it could get better. Hopefully they give it a bit more oomph, but as it is, it is a borderline qualifier. I definitely enjoy the song, I'll make that clear, and this review is only looking at it in the context of the Eurovision Contest.
