The "India rice" does not look like long grain Basmati rice, it looks like fragrant Jasmine rice. Is this correct? I don’t know the terms for these rice types in Mandarin, but I associate Jasmine rice with Southeast Asian countries like Thailand and Laos.

Yummy….. grandma if you add coconut cream during with the preparation with your rice cake…. It would be double yummy 🤤
It has a dry flower inside, it tastes a light sweet flower, and it smell light flower 🌸, much better than coconut which tastes too strong
It looks like our 'idly' in bambooo... In tamilnadu, India... but we add blackgram with rice...
