@@nikanika7671 здравствуйте!Ну насколько я поняла..Это батат..разновидность сладкого картофеля..Одну часть натирают на тёрке и обжаривают в масле..А другую отваривают и соединяют с проросшее пшеницей..Делают из этой части сок.Затем уваривают в сироп и объединяют сироп и жаренную стружку..По всей видимости это десерт..И скорее праздничный..Столько труда потрачено!Здоровья Вам!
