Tat Lei, The competition 42 form is allowed ONLY for 6 minutes. This is very good performance. For your own practice, do the long 108 form for exercise. This is perfect speed for competition or on stage performance.
Tian Tian, This is perfect 6 minutes competition form. Very fluid. If you play slow speed, it loses the rhythm n momentum. Power n Gracefulness are required elements in competition. Practice more to gain strength. At least 5 times a day. Good luck.

冷師傅打任何太極都快,异於當下的大師宗師們以慢或極慢唯好,其實任何功夫沒有什麽一定標凖,大架小架随意,各種武術套路亦然,本人就喜歡冷師傅打拳的節奏,四十二式九至十分鐘。二十四式四分半鐘,(標凖五分半鐘,有人打七至八分鐘)祇要吐納丹田氣之間配合動作便可。
