I was so against the Sinomacrops vote because it sounded so useless and it was only winning thanks to a popularity contest with the one who submitting it to the vote, but in the end, Wildcard managed to turn it into the greatest shoulder pet in the game and I 100% prefer it to the no-guns Dinopithecus.
The Rex, Giga and Titanosaur need TLC. They are going to be overshadowed by newer (and modded) dinos. They must be the king of ARK. Not the Charcha, Brachi, Acro or dreadnoughtus.
I dont want to be rude but the Paleo Ark mod from UpFromTheDepths makes the new look for Rex and Giga. They are also planning to make more such as the Para. If you are in his Discord you'll be able to see what TLC (mods) they will make. (Mosa, Para, Bronto, Allo, Anky, Baryonx, carno, Spider, Dilo, Galli, Dunk, Kapro ect.)

My main gripe with these people saying “oh they’re being overshadowed by better things!” Like, that’s kinda the point? Better creatures are introduced, so people won’t use the ones that aren’t as good, no matter how nostalgic you are for them. The titanosaur was never very good or popular, so who cares if it’s replaced by a better creature? No one is going to forget that the rex or giga exist, they will still be there, people will just use them less or for different things. They will always hold the same weight, there will just be more and better options. Just because power creep is a thing, doesn’t mean that we need to latch onto a few old creatures and keep dragging them to the top, further pushing power creep forward

Prehistoric creature names are based on Latin and Greek, meaning that CH is pronounced as a hard "K". There is no creature in the game where the CH in their name is pronounced as a "chuh" sound.
