Last cocktail I made was a Cosmopolitan a few hours ago on shift. Started working in a new pub just before lock down. It's the first bar I've worked behind that consistently sells cocktails & I really got into the making of them. But obviously Covid came by and took out the training for 3 months, making me super stressed about forgetting everything I learnt. So, I turned to your channel and after going back last week, I realise how much I've learnt from you & how much I truly enjoy making them!!! Thank you for your content man, can't imagine the amount of other bartenders that came to you to keep their cocktail knowledge up to scratch! Big up :D
Not the last one i made, but the coolest one i made yesterday is called tropical twist at my work, it's mangos, strawberries and pineapple muddled in the glass, Malibu rum and lemonade
My last cocktail was a super refreshing one that is great for summer parties: 1 1/2 oz coconut rum 1/2 oz passion fruit vodka 1/2 oz lime juice 2 oz pineapple juice

My last cocktail was "Bee's Knees" - Gin (Hendrix of course) - Honey water - Lemon juice And shaken with a smile 😋 Thank you for your content really enjoy it :)
The last cocktail I made was actually the mojito. However, instead of mint, I used a herb called hierbabuena is Spanish. Also, i didn't used rum, I used gin... So maybe not really the classic mojito, but a botanical fusion it the Cuban classic. It was delicious, perfect for summer! I love you videos! Keep it up! More summer cocktails!
Diría que si cambias Ron por gin deja de ser un mojito, como pasaría si tienes un daiquiri y lo haces con Gin, terminas con un gimlet, imagino que en este caso también debiese tener otro nombre
Last cocktail I made was a Ranch water… Jose Cuervo, lime juice, and topped w/ Topo Chico in a dressed glass. I just got over a week of the cold and nearly lost my sense of smell and taste! This was my first cocktail since getting my taste buds back! Love your content and all your tips 🙂 Thank you and I always look forward to seeing your channel!
The last cocktail I made was my favourite type of Hot Toddy. I made it with black tea, honey, lemon juice and zest, some cloves and a shot of Whiskey. This cocktail is really heart-warming
enis karakas and just shake everything together, right? Or mix it in the glass? Sorry for these questions, I’m not that familiar with different types of making cocktails, I’m just a fan, not a professional, but I really wanna try to recreate your recipe😅🙈😇
Im from Chile, and the version i was taught at my bartender school and the one we use at the restaurant I work at is a mix of version 1 and 2: in a highball glass add 3/4oz of syrup (2-1 of sugar and water), about a handful of mint, softly muddle, squeeze 1/2oz of lemon juice, 1 1/2oz of white rum, fill the glass with crushed ice, top it off with soda, lightly stir, and garnish with mint leaves.
A lot of times people do the voiceover before the actual filming, I'm thinking he planned to use homegrown mint originally then changed paths later on and went with a store bought. That or he saved the little package from the store and just puts his own him in that pack every day, lol. Like a little refillable plastic container to put your mint in, I've actually done that before at my house.
... careful with mint plants...they spread all over the garden ...tiny black seeds but hundreds of them ... ...would sometimes just hand some fresh mint as a beer tip ...
Just goofing around with a friend of mine and we made a coctail -Spiced rum -Gin -Lime juice -Tonic with some fruity taste i think lemonade and bergamont
The last cocktail I made was "Nataly" it's actually one of the cocktails that I created, I use the name of my friend's daughter as inspiration because she loves the peach. 1 1/2 oz. Jack Daniel's Honey 1/2 peach, preferably from the can. 1 oz. Evaporated milk. 1/4 oz peach syrup from the can. 1 dash of Vanilla bitters. You can put all together in the blender with ice and garnished with weep cream and and a cherry on the top. It actually taste really good, I hope you liked. Btw, congratulations, It's being a long time since I saw someone with that energy and passion for this profession, you're a great bartender.
I always do it exactly the way you did in the pro version. But small difference. I put the rum, lime and mint in a shaker and dry shake it. Add ice and stir while adding the demi syrup over the ice. Then dirty pour into glass
Plantation white rum is the business when it comes to Mojitos and I would have liked to see you do a version were you shake it up than add the soda water...That's how i get down🍹
My last cocktail contained ice, 1 shot of vodka, lemon juice, half glass of rose wine, half glass of multivitamin juice and strawberry syrup. It was surprisingly good. I don't know even it was a real cocktail, but I enjoyed.
Last cocktail I made before this is one of my own making. It’s similar to a Black Russian but it uses rum instead of vodka, so I call it a Black Caribbean. It uses equal parts rum and coffee liquor. I use one called mr espresso or grind espresso shot. The rum you use is to preference but I enjoy using a spiced rum. It’s one of my favorites. It’s got a bit of a kick to it but you can add a bit of milk or cream to it just like a White Russian.
I have a friend that loves bayleys, so the only cocktail that came to my mind, obviously modified, was the black Russian. I asked for a black Russian with whisky cream instead of cream. I think he fucked up doses, so I want to do it on my own. Do you think that vodka, coffee liqueur and bayleys need an amount of whisky? Do you have any tip, or a bayleys base cocktail to suggest?
Mojito is the first cocktail I made and my friends love it when I make it! I use Bacardi sometimes but most of the times I make it with Dry Gin and no sugar. I know its like a violation of a classic cocktail but trust me it tastes way better with Dry Gin instead of Rum and no sugar.
Not sure if this cocktail has a name but I used a nice floral gin, fresh lime juice, cucumber slices, and soda water to finish. Super refreshing cocktail and really easy to make.
8:13 I actually prefer to make mojito without bubbles. I prefer Bacardi 8 and brown sugar instead of demerara sugar, which makes the drink nice and brown in the end. I also do not muddle the mint, as I find the leaves break too easilly and you can make up the taste with more mint, which also looks better. I use three quarters of a lime and a mix of crushed ice and cubes. First you muddle the lime with the brown sugar in there, a barspoon of brown is plenty (I dont like my mojito too sweet, and brown sugar is plenty sweet) Add 10+ mint leaves (not small leaves) and fill the highball with crushed ice 3 quarters of the way up, add 70 ml of bacardi 8 and... get your barspoon from earlier and get to stirring. The ice smelts and replaces the soda volume wise. When satisfied with dillution, add cubed ice, rim the glass with lime and top with crushed ice and a nice sizable bouquet of mint as well as a metal straw. Now sit back and enjoy the 15 seconds it takes before the drink is empty and you have to do it all over again :) This can also be scaled up to fill a punch-bowl or something simillar and just adding cubes and crushed to the glasses for volume if you know you are going to need a lot of it. And it looks awesome in a bowl. Try also adding other citrus, you wont be disapointed.

I just made a drink I had in Gurney’s Montauk. Well at least its what I think I remember. I used Vodka, lemon juice, st Germaine, Aperol, ginger syrup and honey syrup (I didn’t have honey syrup so I swapped with strawberry syrup). It was great!
Last cocktail I made was a whiskey sour but with some blue curacao to make it blue and pretty, ofc to keep the balance between sweet and bitter good I reduced the amount of simple syrup and adjusted the remaining ingredients accordingly!
My last cocktail was “pink lady” All you need for this cocktail is 1 1/2 oz of Gin 3/4 oz of applejack 1 to 2 dashes of grenadine 1 egg white Maraschino cherry to garnish

My last cocktail is a personal invention (to my knowledge) and my girlfriend's favorite cocktail. It’s a bunch of basil, some strawberries at the bottom of a shaker. Add .5 oz simple syrup Add 1 oz lime juice Muddle in shaker Add 1.5 oz gin Add .5 oz green chartreuse Add 2 dashes orange blossom water Shake then double strain in a Colins glass over clear ice garnish with basil sprig and half a strawberry.
The last coctail I made is called "sangría" and the ingredients are: - Tequila - "Sangría" mix - Grapefruit soda or juice - Ice It Is a really nice but basic coctail, and a variant to the original spanish coctail, I would really like to win the instruments so I can start learning how to be a bartender
Last Nice mojito a did was : 60ml Bourbon 20ml of cinnamon syrup ( 10 sticks for 1L water / 1kg sugar ) 30ml lime juice 10-15 mint leaves Ice Top with sparkling water AMAZIN !!!!!

Hierbabuena is in fact a type of mint (mentha spicata). It smells stronger and fresher. That's my go to for Mojitos

My last cocktail is a personal invention (to my knowledge) and my girlfriend's favorite cocktail.
It’s a bunch of basil, some strawberries at the bottom of a shaker.
Add .5 oz simple syrup
Add 1 oz lime juice
Muddle in shaker
Add 1.5 oz gin
Add .5 oz green chartreuse
Add 2 dashes orange blossom water
Shake then double strain in a Colins glass over clear ice
garnish with basil sprig and half a strawberry.
The last coctail I made is called "sangría" and the ingredients are:
- Tequila
- "Sangría" mix
- Grapefruit soda or juice
- Ice
It Is a really nice but basic coctail, and a variant to the original spanish coctail, I would really like to win the instruments so I can start learning how to be a bartender
