I always said that If a bar has the ingredients to make an alcoholic drink they have the ingredients to make the virgin version of that same cocktail. They are called mocktails. Examples: virgin mojitos, margaritas, pina coladas etc. even a Shirley temple is considered a mock tail . some places even have signature mocktails on their menus. Like a few places I’ve worked had a whole part of our menus dedicated to non alcoholic drinks. you just have to ask and 9/10 times the bartender can make it.
