Good one! I've seen lots and lots of noir and crime pictures, but never had seen this one. Good performances, brisk direction, efficient script. Very enjoyable. Thanks for posting!
Gas station man at time 39:55 was a boat rental clerk in Leave it to Beaver. After Ward and the boys went fishing, he charged them $1 per fish, on account of they cost that much to stock the lake. Just picture this guy saying "costs more than a buck a fish to keep them stocked in there"
To be honest, the first 45 minutes, absolutely I have no idea what they were doing. All in vague and dark I don't know if it's the film or night blindness, but most scenes in the dark where elude me. Although I am a mechanical engineer, I could not catch that technique they used to get the gold from the train after explosion and middle wagon blast!
Spoiler Alert**--If you haven't watched the movie don't read my comment----I don't know how this stuff works--how were they going to turn gold hubcaps and bumpers into cash?
Watched this many years ago - always a good re-watch. CHEERS from AUSTRALIA

Chief Ohara (Stafford Repp) in Batman the TV series was the crook in the furniture truck.
Good movie.
Talk about a bunch of bad-luck crooks! Haha
All those gold bars in the tanker truck melt down into just 4 gold hubcaps ???? !!!!
How did it finally end, after rear end bumper bender ? Couldn’t find the ending ….
:(

Funny!
4/10. Fast-forward to 13:38 if you want to miss the tedium, but this storyline is so obvious - as is the ending!!
Gene Raymond was the 1930s handsome high-class "good guy: it's sad to see him playing a crook in a cheap thriller.
21:10 o cara olha a hora com a manga da blusa encima do relógio 🤦♂😂
Thank you for posting! I always enjoy a film noire that I haven't seen before. 🎥🎬🩶🖤📽️
