    제가 찾던 레슨입니다.
    그동안 수많은 시행착오 결과 드디어 유레카를 찾았습니다.
    이방법으로 연습장 가서 바로 스윙했더니
    거리가 10~20m늘고 뒤땅없이 정확하게 맞더라구요.

    장프로님의 영상을 보고 왼발 지면 반력으로 드라이버 비거리가 20미터가 늘었습니다.
    당연히 볼스피드도 늘었구요.
    근데 아직도 백스윙이 자연스럽지가 않고 왼발이 지면을 딛고 클럽이 내려오는 타이밍이 잘 안될때가 많은데 오늘 영상대로 한번 해보겠습니다. 감사합니다.

    최곱니다!!^^ 백스윙에서는 왼손아크를 다운스윙 에서는 테니스 치듯이 오른손 가속스윙 하는 느낌이 혹시 맞나요?

      손으로는 가속을 만들어 내지는 않지만 휘둘러지는 느낌은 비슷합니다🙇‍♂️

    장프로님덕에 이제 전체적인 스윙이 일관성있게 정착해가고 있습니다. 드라이버, 우드, 아이언까지는 롱웨지샷까지는 스윙이 통일되서 참 편해요. 무엇보다 나이가 들면서 몸이 버틸까 걱정을 했는데 스윙을 바꾸고 나서는 하체근력운동만 해주면 될정도로 몸에 부담이 없더라구요.
    이 스윙을 할때 정말 중요한게 체중이동을 과감하게 해주는것과 스웨이가 아닌 턴이 되어야 하는것 같아요. 백스윙을 리듬으로 가져가니 집중력이 떨어지는 후반에 나도모르게 오른쪽 골반이 뒤로 빠지는게 아니라 옆으로 빠지는 순간이 있더라구요. 이것만 습관이 되면 정말 헤드업만 신경쓰면 될정도로 스윙이 자연스레 나옵니당.
    이제는 집에서도 편하게 수건끝을 묶어서 살짝 추처럼 만들어가지고 오른발로 체중밟아주며 백스윙~한템포 쉬고 수건의 텐션이 유지되는걸 느끼며 왼발밟고 다운스윙~피니쉬에서 계속 텐션 느끼면서 오른발 밟으며 백스윙 이렇게만 해주는데 공을 안쳐도 시퀀스가 확확 좋아지네요.

    혹시 디스크는 문제없으신가요? 제가 웨이트없이 같은방식으로 좀 무리를해서 볼스78을 넘기기 시작했는데 디스크에 문제가 조금 생기기 시작했더라구요 웨이트 트레이닝을 하면 좀 보완이될까요?

    레슨영상 감사합니다. 체중이동으로 백스윙이 훨씬 편해졌지만 크로스오버가 된다거나 탑에서 클럽이 너무 플랫하게 눕는 현상이 있어 백스윙 시 클럽과 손이 가는 길이 헷갈립니다. 날마다 백스윙의 느낌이나 모양(?)이 일정하지 않은 것 같구요. 큰 원리는 이해되지만 백스윙의 디테일한 부분도 알려주실 수 있을까요.

    좋은 영상 감사드립니다.
    이론을 말씀하실때는 반동을 주면서 좌우로 흔들거리시는데,
    실제 스윙에서는 제자리에서 바로 백스윙을 하는 것처럼 보입니다.
    (팔로만 치는 것과 차이를 잘 모르겠음).
    어떤식으로 반동을 줘야 하는 것인지요?

    오른발, 왼발 할때 발 앞꿈치는 붙인 상태에서 뒷꿈치로만 하는게 낳나요? 아님 왼발, 오른발 전체를 살짝 들면서 하는게 좋은건가요?

    선수는 백스윙탑까진 빨리, 다운스윙은 천천히 - 일반인은 이거 정확히 반대로 ㅎㅎ
    전 왼발->오른발의 트리거보다는 오른발 앞굼치->뒷굼치 트리거를 사용하네요

      에너지만 잘 만들어지면 스타일대로 만드시는것도 좋은방법이죠👍
