All of his plans really make sense and I hope the real help to the FARMERS would be implemented soon. My question is regarding the remaining FERTILE LAND for AGRICULTURE because places South of Manila used to be called RICE GRANARY. but turned to URBAN SPRAWL. High price defeated the significance of this Land .Is there is a LAW as a TOOL to restrain it? I hope SECRETARY PIÑOL should make the necessary ACCOUNTING NATIONWIDE preventing the widespread loss of important ancestral lands.

Sobrang nakakatuwa ang discussion ng ating butihing Agriculture Secretary Manny Pinol. Mayroon ng magandang bukas ang naghihintay sa ating mga magsasaka na sa mahabang panahon ay naging kalbaryo ang buhay at naging mahirap hanggang sa kanilang pagtanda. It is about time to provide them the right help for financing, training to uplift their life.
I was amazed by how this incoming DA Secretary thinks. Sounds ideal to many, but for the farmers, what he says is a "hope". Being a graduate of Development Communication and a farmer himself, plus his experience in governance, I think, he will be a great DA secretary. God bless him. May the next six years be a real metamorphosis for the country's agriculture sector.

A good man with good intentions to really serve the people! He is really a farmer who understands farmers... he takes pride in seeing that the farmers are really taken cared of... a good man does not even have a hint of negative wanna tear other people down given the chance to uplift himself... guys share natin toh para hindi lang tayo ang makaalam kundi ang maraming pilipino, ipanuod din natin sa ating mga pamilya. magmasid tayo siguraduhin na ung mga kupad na opisyal ay susunod sa ating pangulo. Tulong tulong para sa kaunlaran ng ating bansa lalo na sa mga magsasaka na matagal nang napabayaan at naabuso. Alagaan ang magsasaka magkakaroon tayo ng mas murang pagkain mas uunlad ang bansa basta walang corrupt at walang crab mentality galing sa mayayamang tao na makasarili.

nanditi ako ngayon sa south korea pero ang saging ay napakamura compared to avocados na iniimport ng Koreans galing America. Pati mangga at durian , galing Thailand ang mamahal.
Sana aangat na ang ating ekonomiya para makapagimport din tayo ng high class production ng pinya, saging, mangga, pomelo, coconut, avocado, mangosteen, surian, dragon fruit even jackfruit, lansones, rambotan atbp.
mayaman ang pilipinas sa agrikultura...bakit di natin gamitin ng maayoa para sa ikauunlad ng ating bansa?

salamat sa makawak mong pananaw sa agrikultura ng ating pilipinas secretary. my concern is, sa Mindanao, halos lahat ng malalaking farm ay pagmamay-ari ng banyaga. katulad na lamang ng banana, Dole at del Monte ay may pinakamalaking production. Del Monte din ay nagmamay-ari ng pinya. At ang mga production na ito ay sila yun may malawak na pagmamay-ari lupa halos sa Davao, Bukidnon na iniexport. Sana magkaroon din ang gobyerno ng sariling production upang makatulong sa agriculuture fund ng ating bansa at sa mga magsasaka.

proud po kami na c manny ang kinuha ni mayor duterte at masayang masaya po kami kasi dahil sa kanya nakatikim ang mga tapper ng rubber na mahal ang kuha ng aming produkto pero ng iba na ang namuno dito hindi na kami ng nakatikim ng kaginhawaan huhuhu gutom ang inabot ng mga farmers from 80-100 per kilo noon naging 16 per kilo ang kuha ngayon ng rubber mas mahal pa ang kilo ng bibilhing bigas,nasaan ang justice nun kaya gutom ang inabot ng mga tao dto sa north cotabato.Sana hiling namin po na muling ibalik ang palitan ng rubber na mahal ang presyo.Sana po mabasa ito ni DA Manny piñol.THANK U PO

yes, hope DA sec.maging modernize ung ating irrigation, tulad din dto sa taiwan all wAter are using the pipe, kahit mga tubig from household will save and reuse to rewater the grass,the garden,etc. so no wasting of water. i salute ur plan, sana ma implement u lahat ng magandang plano u, alam q ur the farmer and u knw what is needed most for the farmers.. god bless you and

This topic was really very interesting to know sa pagpapaunlad ang ating AGRICULTURURA. Hindi nagkamali ang ating President DU30 sa pagpili kay Gov Manny Pinol as Chief DA dahil malinaw na agad ang kanyang gagawin at nakahanda na ang mga strategies niya to produce Philippine foods. Pati mga mabubuting plano para sa ating magsasaka. Siya na nga ang tugon sa matagal nang hinihintay ng Pilipinas para mapaunlad ang ating magsasaka at maging mabunga ang ating gintong lupain. Nasa pamamahala ng tamang taong mamumuno na may taglay na TALINO sa kabutihan, malasakit sa mga magsasaka at pag-ibig sa ikakau-unlad ng ating mahal bansa .
