Wow. I remember watching Brain Games. The host said that if you forget something, to try moving your eyes back and forth. It stimulates your brain, causing some people to remember the thought or something that they had forgotten. Watching this took the eye thing and added something else to it. Really good video.
I live with a family of six...I use the same stradegy with breathing in through my mouth and nose when someone takes a dump and 99% of the time I can correctly guess who took a shit.
Great question! Thanks for watching!!! We were tasting a wine from Virginia 2009 Rendezvous, RdV Vineyards. Merlot/Cab blend with 21% Cab Franc and 12% Petit Verdot! #wineohtv #wine www.rdvvineyards.com/
Hi! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. What title do you think we should have put for this video? I really appreciate your comments and feedback. Happy #WineWednesday Monique :)
@@faeblood805 The google seems to likes the title which apparently is why this one video of mine gets so many views. So I can't change it now. Haha! I would love to hear the exact title you would like it to be. Thanks for watching! Monique
You are right! Unfortunately, the videographer I hired for the shoot had a tech issue that I wasn't made aware of until after we shot the story. I decided to post the video anyways because Ian was so generous with his time. Thanks for watching! Monique
Nikoli Novikov I spit 95-97% of the wine I taste. Let's see how accurate you can be after tasting 30-50 wines in a day for a living. Tim probably has done much more than that. In short, don't roll your eyes at those who spit, because tasting is hard work.
Nikoli Novikov You seem to be completely ignorant on not only molecular gastronomy but economics, business, sociology, and other social sciences. You should stay away from any fine restaurant and keep drinking colt45 malt liquor and/or vodka from a plastic bottle.
Nikoli Novikov You got it right lol I work in the wine trade in Bordeaux but sometimes i get fed up with all the snobery and the usual bullshit, yap yap yap lolSome of then are so hilarious, thinking they're so well educated and stuff but most of all so cliché and Boring!!!Hello from France :)
I thought that recently before although I could further come to the theory that the quality of beer is on average actually so bad in America by other standards that you might be doing better drinking wine there
That sounds so close minded! In the US, we are a pretty open minded and diverse country with many cultural influences. Many americans have european ancestry, which no doubt has a big influence on the culture. Plus there are many wine growing regions in the US.
You got that right! It was supposed to be a combo of "Wine" and "Einstein". The video is 6 years old and yes you are right definitely not a good expression. Thanks for watching! Monique :)
Nothing more unbearable/boring/annoying that Americans (Canadians, Australians, whatever Anglos are called these days...) talking about wine. They make me want beer.
It's been one of the best moment of my life listening to MS Tim Gaiser lecture!
Tim is wonderful! Thank you so much for watching!
Tim was one of the Masters when I got my introductory. Going for the certification in may.

De gustibus non est disputandum.
The world's most important job.
the Wine Club I'm promoting was just teaching this same thing
“Tracked my eye movements..” ....the fuck outta here.
They both need to wear lav mics. It’s bad.

Shows you how old this video is! :) Thanks for watching!!!!! Monique:)
No problem, had great advice!
"Master student of wine tasting" like that's some kind of achievement. Drink the wine, don't spit it out and act superior.

X379 "Tasting wine is hard work" No it's not, it's a damn leisure activity for upper-middle class people

nicolas sosolic The guy who actually works with the wine agrees with me. Not very surprising!
I want to be the most pretentious person in the distillery.
Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! Monique :)

Listening to Americans talking about wine is always awkward!! They set up a great business but it definitely does't belong to their culture.
I thought that recently before although I could further come to the theory that the quality of beer is on average actually so bad in America by other standards that you might be doing better drinking wine there
