I'm assuming that the Robin of the SolidJJverse is Dick, due to the Injustice League video referencing the fact that people thought Batman was in a non-platonic relationship with Robin, so Superman wasn't far off.

I for one would love to see more from the Reverse Flash and his incredibly petty actions causing mild disturbances.
In fact i would like to see him getting pulled up by his fellow supervillains on how a villian that can time travel (possibly the most powerful ability you could ever have) has accomplished such modest feats.
Maybe a small group of villains who accomplish seemingly little being called out by a different supervillain.
- Brainiac: has a 12th level computer-effective mind, uses force fields too strong for Superman to breach, and has a large arsenal of weapons. His biggest claim to fame is shrinking Kandor, a city which Superman keeps in a bottle in the Fortress of Solitude. A city where the people essentially live normal (Kryptonian) lives since he actually saved them from Krypton's destruction. In the Legion of Super-Heroes era, it's revealed that Kandor is actually enlarged on a heavy-gravity, red sun world at some point in the future.
- Reverse Flash: can tap into the speed force for time travel, molecular phasing, and lots of other stuff. His main thing is doing petty things to the Flash because of a bruised ego.
- Annihilus: a powerful alien with a cosmic control rod to allow a wide variety of effects. His main thing is wanting to be the only living being anywhere (but rather than be a loner, he surrounds himself with followers to make an army: the Annihilation Wave).
- Darkseid: nearly unstoppable in combat and wielder of the omega effect. He's ravaged countless worlds searching for the key to the anti-life equation... which he could have gotten way more easily if he had been nicer to his adopted son.
Now, these are all big villains. If you prefer to do a "supervillain editorial room" of villains like The Human Flying Fish, Stilt Man, Unus the Untouchable, Red Dart (original version), Hatemonger, Condiment King, Bruiser, Fastball (or maybe Crowbar, the Cadre was really scraping the bottom of the barrel), Asbestos Man, etc... You would have a good list of joke villains looking to gain some respect. It really depends on if you want joke villains trying to improve their portrayal in comics or serious villains being treated as real and having holes poked in their plans.
The idea that Mr. Mxyzptlk is the mastermind behind everything happening in the Solid JJ universe (or at least, on the DC side) somehow makes so much sense.
Then who's been writing for the other stuff, or does that mean Mr. Mxyzptlk been writing for them as well?

If you’re looking for ideas, I’d love a silly version of a “Justice League vs. the Teen Titans” plot, where maybe Robin gets sick of not being taken seriously by Batman and so he forms with own group (blackjack and hookers optional). Kind of like in that sketch where Robin wants a gun, and he mentions the Teen Titans encouraging him to stand up for himself.

This is exactly how I feel about today's comics. feels like all they do is fight reality benders more powerful than the previous one who was supposed to be the god of all that exists, but then another god more powerful comes along, and another, and another.

Perhaps a niche reference, but this reminds me of Red Dwarf: Back to Earth. That ended with them essentially begging their writer for more life since their story was apparently over.

One day Green Lantern's gonna walk in, remind everyone that he is in fact an officiated law enforcement agent representing one of, if not the highest authoritys in the universe, and then slap some glowing green cuffs on Batman for dressing children up as traffic lights and pitting them against crocodile men.
