They didn't mentioned one point,you will get visa also when you buy a propertiey but sad part is if you dont have a proper job or business you can't stay in this country,you have to sold or give for rent- through realestate that is the dis advantage. Yearly you have to give a good amount for service charge.
So always double check ,one day we have to go back to our country only because we didn't get citizenship here otherwise good buy or investment

It's exactly the same process in US too , the more the credit score the higher the chances to get the loan approved , applying for a new credit card or discontinuing won't affect the credit score in a normal process , ( usually 2 to 3 cards only , more not appreciated ) it might show up for a short period and can affect very very minimally for a short time but it will come up to the previous score soon , credit score gives a good picture of how we deal with debt and dues , it's better to set up house payment , utilities ..any payments than can't be manipulated by companies on automatic system so that we won't be worried about delayed or no payment but it's good the credit card and phone charges will be paid by ourselves by calling or by online so that we are aware what is going on , each month we need to go thru the bank transaction thru on line from our home at least twice a month so that we will come to know the entry of any fraud , try to pay the credit card bill with in a week because we can remember about the purchasing and in case any fraud can be easily caught and also it will help to increase the credit score , in US credit score is one of the main factor to approve a loan , even if we have a fair amount of money for down payment , good job and still in need of a loan if credit score is not satisfactory loan won't be approved , ( appraisal , inspection , closing cost etc..etc same as here ) always buy properties or houses after the title search , because title search clears any debt or lien from the lenders side , meaning the title company wont show the green signal to sell the house if any debt or lien on the house is not cleared , that's why it's always good to go thru a recoganized title company for title clearance , in US it's necessary for buying any houses unless the buyer deny it , I am glad that you guys went thru all these , I wrote all these things if anyone interested to know , Good luck and God's Blessings for your new home !
