Bahut bahut dhanyavaad aapko.. Mujhse sidhhasan bas ho pata tha.. Aur padmasan bahut kathin lagta tha. Mujhe lagta tha padmasan mere liye hai hi nahi. Par jo exercise aapne batai. Uske baad 4-5 din me hi lagne laga. Aur aaj hi mai aadhe ghante baitha padmasan me. Bahut khushi huyi.
