If she had to sign for it it was certified mail. Meaning whoever sent it needed confirmation of its arrival to the receiver for whatever reason. Once it's signed for, by law she has accepted the letter and cannot reject it.

If she had to sign for it it was certified mail. Meaning whoever sent it needed confirmation of its arrival to the receiver for whatever reason. Once it's signed for, by law she has accepted the letter and cannot reject it.

Jeremy Brown im a postal worker he's not allowed to do that, that's why he indicated to call someone. Its actually a felony and up to 5 years in prison if you assault a government worker. But im sure nothing will happen to her.
