Nice video ... Are we going to get a Shamisen under the cherry blossom this year? Personally I like the first park best because it looks to have lots of different intresting bits on top of the sakura.

Shared on Twitter :D I would pick spot number two. I have always liked that one when I see it in your videos!
Added some corrected English subtitles- The auto generated ones really did not like the word park and always messes up Asakusa lol! Hopefully this will help for any hearing impaired folks or others who like having subtitles. :)

I took my favourite pictures ever there and I can't wait to go back in November for the autumn leaves viewing!! This is a vid I'll def be saving for the future ^o^

Domo arigato! You give hope to see the blossoms in Tokyo. I won't arrive until April 4 th so the fact those trees haven't bloom yet gives me hope. Also the fact areas that doesn't get the crowds as the more popular sites. Still may miss the bloom but there is hope.

I have one more hidden rec for anyone who’s interested! Between Monzen Nakacho and Kiyosumi Shirakawa there is a river. I’m not sure of the river’s name but all the cherry blossoms hang over the water and it’s 100% better than Meguro because there are NO crowds what so ever! Its quite a long walk way of blossoms (at least 1 km) and there’s a fantastic Dango shop nearby called Iseya. It’s about a 5 minute walk from either Monzen Nakacho station or Kiyosumi Shirakawa

Sakura Ohana :) Those are my favourite trees and flowers. Thanks for sharing! I hope that I can come to Japan one day during this period of the year.

Shiori Park definitely would have to be my favourite! I'd love to see a video about parks to visit in Autumn! I come from Australia and we don't really have a proper Autumn here so I'm excited to see all of the beautiful Autumn colours!

Oh Norm, this has been one of the best videos this year! Thank you so much!!! I loved everything about this--the music was the perfect choice (it really was beautiful--not just because I wasn't a fan of the music on the last one, lol ;) ) and the shots you got were so clear and beautiful--I keep saying "beautiful" but I can't think of another fitting word. I loved the cat too! I think my favorite place would be the second park, where you filmed Kiki playing, but I think the last one would come in as a close second. I'm sharing this video on my FB page. :) I really hope I win!! Thank you for creating this not only for those who are visiting, but for those of us (like me) who live vicariously through vlogs like this.

Love your videos! My grand parents are going to japan for the first time next week and i was able to tell them about renting wifi and some none busy places for them to go visit! Plus was able to give them heads up to get notes for their prescriptions! Thank you norm for all the info! Just wish they would have invited me along!

Shared on Facebook and Twitter. I tried to get to that waterfall park near the sky tree, but I think it was closed to me arriving too late in the evening. But, that is when I decided to eat next to the Sumida River and ran into you. The Norm out in the wild... lol So it was worth it. I will try again on my next visit.

Found your channel a few months ago and we love it.
We have our first trip to Tokyo in May and some of your videos have helped us plan where to go/what to see.
All the locations were great but really liked the last one, Shioiri Park.
    Shared to Facebook.
Thank you for what you do and share.

i just shared this great video to my partner in Japan as i will be seeing him soon and would love to go enjoy the Hanami with him. As i came from a country with no cherry blossom to view , i guess taking back the Hanami moment would mean a lot. Thanks for sharing Norm!

Hey! Shared with my cousin who will be coming to Tokyo soon hopefully she will catch the sakura! My favourite is the first park, I was in Tokyo in October and we stayed near that park, on our first day we walked through the park to the skytree then over to ask asakusa! Loved it! 😊

Awesome video. now these parks might get full of your fans 😉
I love the 3rd Shioiri Park, the best. Beautiful Sakura trees one side and the water on the other side.
When I ever visit Japan during Sakura season, i'd definitely check out the park.
