I'd love to see Chaos Knight in World of Dota. Let Strength be general tanking, maybe having a new ability that gives defensives, but with Chaos Knight's RNG built-in. Make Agi be all about his ult and illusions, and then have the Int path double down on super RNG, like make the minimums on his abilities lower, and the maximums way higher

passively casting counterspell would prob feel like a _potential_ upgrade if it also came with longer duration or reduced cooldown, because then it'd have the uptime to force opponents to deal with the mental load of playing around its rhythm or risk blasting themselves with their own spells. plus it'd better enable using blink to manipulate the timing of those spells, making a for a neat form of skill expression that is ... _technically_ still present in the current version, but chances are you aren't going to get anything flung at you at the very specific timing of seven seconds after your counterspell wore off, so that presence is p. moot

Having E auto casting and hard dispelling is pretty good. If you get csught by pudge ult and it cast in the middle you'll get rid of it, as before, if you didn't Cast it on time you'd have no way out of it

Illusions are good for pushing waves safely, and for fighting against people with single target damage so they waste stuff finding the real target. In a game with no pushing, and heroes that all do aoe; it makes illusions very underwhelming
