They might've yoinked one for it honestly, it was one of the really good things about the game. Not a lot of games have the siren winding up or down ever.

Hey Olanov. How did you get the drivable police car with the sirens???. Aren’t those suppose to be for the cops roaming on Syndicate City??

You can use the tilde key to open the console, then use the command "g_car" to select a different one, including the cop car.

I got it so long ago I honestly no longer remember where it's ripped from. 🤣 Before I even used it on my videos, I had it as a private little mod for my own circle, made for Emegency 4.
