This is the last year that pitchers had to hit in the AL. I was blown away when I heard Nolan Ryan hit a double. The designated hitter rule came to the American League in 1973.

6:56 Jean Shepherd for Kodak. His monologues on WOR-AM radio in the 60s were epic!
22:21 Tom Bosley on the voice-over for Toyota.
4:20 Taylor Grant for TV Guide. The music is just plain weird and trippy!
0:35 the legendary Dick Enberg doing the wrap-up of the Angels game.
    8:27 Sterling Holloway for Kodak.
10:22 I believe this is Ernie Anderson for RB Furniture.

The synthesizer music in the TV Guide spot was played by Eric Siday of a company called Identitones. Ernie Anderson IS the V/O on the RB Furniture spot.

The newscaster at 18:25 played the fictional newscaster Casey Wong in all the satirical newsbreaks of the RoboCop movies.

He also appeared in an episode of The Brady Bunch, another Los Angeles reporter Ken Jones was in another episode too. God rest their souls.

It's Taylor Grant providing the voiceover for TV Guide ("Interesting reading this week in TV Gahhhhd!"). Also liked the Good N'Fruity
    Rainbow Band.

If I'm not mistaken that might be Jean Shepherd, of WOR radio and A Christmas Story fame.
