Hamid, it is obvious that your shoulder is hurting. Refrain from strenuous upper back activity for at least two days. Place an icepack on the painful area for 20 minutes, four to eight times a day. You will need to elevate by keeping the shoulder blades elevated above heart level by propping them up with a pillow. I hope you feel better soon. It is lots of hard manual labor. Hola familia Sholiz, estuve viendo su video, Hamid me alegro que este en un trabajo, la vida hijo no es fácil, siempre se empieza desde cero, luche por su esposa e hijos y deje el pasado atrás, mire hacia adelante, porque Dios le dio una gran oportunidad, un gran futuro para sus hijos, deje de pensar en la finca, enfoquese en terminar su hogar en la ciudad, su esposa esta acostumbrada a vivir en carpa, a ella no le va a afectar esperar unos días más, si ella no quiere ir a la finca es por algo, y no la obligue, respete su opinión, una consulta Hamid, porque dejo la universidad?, me gustaría que termine su carrera, cuando termine su casa, vaya al médico, no deje pasar los días.
