My parents used to live on iwa lani and Aloha now they move down to rancho I remember this lot you're showing used to look a lot worse now It looks better
You don't want to live in ocean view, nothing but criminals hiding from the law... My friend tried to build there, and every time they put the front door on, someone would steal it. 3 doors later, she gave up. Lot still for sale. 😮
@FrankJames-vk1fy Interesting perspective...we have lots of friends who've never had a problem. Always good to check neighborhoodscout.com for factual information.
@FrankJames-vk1fy I wasn't disputing your story - just giving viewers a source of information to do their own due diligence. It's like saying Colorado is bad because Venezuelan gangs took over a building there.
@@KennyApana thanks for your comment but just to clarify, the seller did not build it for a fast flip. It was to be their forever home but circumstances beyond their control changed that .
@@unitedcountryhawaii okay but the reason I said that is because that’s what it usually is. Anybody who’s from here and know that area has either experience it themselves or heard stories of the area. Land is cheap but the environment is unhealthy because of the crime scene down there. So, to me, Full disclosure is important , otherwise, someone might feel that they was cheated. IMO
@@KennyApana actually, due to the fair housing laws in the United States, real estate agents legally are not allowed to give their opinion about an area. Just google "can a real estate agent say a neighborhood is a bad area." This this is why I referred people to neighborhoodscout.com in a previous comment to do their own investigation. Thanks for the comments!
@@marcielynn4886 thanks for your comment! In case you aren't aware of this fact, real estate agents do not set the listing price. Sellers do. Ultimately, the market in general will dictate its value when it sells. If you are interested in purchasing and feel the value is something different than the seller is asking, please feel free to make an offer the seller can't refuse!
Nice house
We think so, too!

The sellers have done a lot of work to this property! Thanks for your comment!
