What kind of price tag does an example like this go for? I’m starting a company that builds my own brand of mustangs and I’d like to make a trade one day? A fully finished one of my cars would go for roughly $100,000-$120,000. That’s the build sheet as of right now, looking to improve later
who the hell are you? you must be an alien that time travels. you have some absoutley, positively, gorgeous vehicles. im looking for a 74 T/A SD455, im gonna make a request and talk to you to negotiate a price on that T/A. oh yeah , I forgot to tell you, I want a 4- speed, with A/C. hopefully you can find out if that is available. BTW loved the 79 T/A (gold) you had available, that was class act video.
I love the sound! I'm getting a 68 or 67 Fastback restored for my Highschool Graduation and I want it JUST LIKE THIS. Except I want a 427 or a 428. How did you all get the engine and exhaust to sound like that? Most of them have a less smooth less continuous pur.
Ashmet Taylor Awesome! This car had the factory 390 big block with factory style exhaust.
MyRod.com Really? Then why do other restorations have a less smooth sound? I know they don't put bigger cams.
Ashmet Taylor Well there's a lot of different factors... cams, mufflers, headers vs. manifolds, idle settings, and exhaust diameter to name a few.
MyRod.com Alright. I just wanted to know. The Novas and Chevelles and Mach 1s on my street all have race tires and oversized cams and I just wanted to know if I would have to compromise track ability for a smooth sound.
Had one in Wimbelton White, I drove the wheels off of it then sold it for $1,000
