Hi, I have replace the item by a new one but now the speaker doesn't work. Testing the sound with the old one, no issue. I've outed the new one that charge properly but no sound. I've remark fir the new one that I've to force a little to correctly insert in on the good place nothing happend. What ça be occured? Any idea.0l
