Outstanding development. I have property nearby. It is five acres. I got it about 20 years ago. I don’t have an ocean.view but it’s great for farming and good life for me.
You're very articulate. I see that you have conducted detail research before presenting. Content is well structured. I see that you do put the work in. I like watching your videos
Thanks guys for showing this property, its awesome 👌. These prices are not going down only up as jamaica has just found our design spark if you ask me. St Mary is getting more popular.
Lovely contemporary properties, but not for me - not enough outdoor space to tempt me. In addition, too much two-way glass and the area reminds me of a holiday resort. Also, not sure I wud want to live that close to any river, unless the house was raised to account for flooding. Beautiful scenery, of course, and a well shot video.💕
Your money better be way up to even dream of owning one of these properties. Imagine Jamaica housing prices are on par with some of the houses in big cities around the world.
An absolutely beautiful place. This is the kind of thing i want to build. A community with everything it needs. Including shopping center and world class clinic
It may be just me, but the only thing that would get me inclined to live in a gated or planned community of any kind wouldn't be a view or a pool or even the 24 hr security, but of great interest to me would be any that would include some kind of medical clinic. I haven't heard of any residences in Jamaica that would offer anything of that kind, but if it were, there would be a market for it, and would bring more retirees to live in Jamaica. Just a thought. This place has too much glass for me since I like privacy, but I imagine it would make for a really good view. I will say the lines are modern and clean and the rooms look bright and airy.
I thought Bessa was a resort development to rival nearby Goldeneye, but it's a residential gated community for home owners. #NiceButNoCompetitionToGoldeneye!!!
Allot of buildings being built in Jamaica now use that type of glass as the market and buyers in Jamaica love the large Window architectural designs, and the peaked roofs are very hurricane resilient as well.
The architect is on another planet. these are average. ive seen better town houses with a no sea views is suburban melbourne australia! great video but no wow factor in the buildings!
No doubt this development will look good when it is finished, However, I'm not impressed with how it look Now, I certainly wouldn't buy anywhere that's Half done, what if the company goes bust after you've paid your deposit? How do you get your money back?
The ones for over 700thou. Up ward millions I don't see the value for the price. Structure shouldn't be so much glass. We all know Jamaica is hurricane country. They are limited on space as well.
There is a development called ‘The Sanctuary’ in St Mary where all the homes will be run completely off solar energy. We featured it on our channel quite some time ago. If you have a look online or on our channel for the sanctuary, you can see that development
@@johnmarris7976 You believe me thinking gloom and doom is what is creating these catastrophic events that are actually taking place? Are you paying attention to what is happening or are you living in a delusional bubble?…with all due respect. You can build your house near water. Born and grown in Oracabessa, still living very close by, and these prices are absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it in my opinion. You're paying over 100 million dollars to live in glass houses, so close together???? No privacy whatsoever, no land space, ac units on the wall instead of central air, tiny kitchen, breaker panel right infront of your face instead of neatly hidden and I could go on..... for 113mill??? Dem must crazy!.
These properties are not worth it, sub par to say the least. Too much glass, split unit ac vs central air, breaker panel in the middle of the kitchen, space for refrigerator too small.
@@NATURALMYSTICMKexactly. Dude just wants to complain for the sake of complaining. The majority if not all of the homes being built use split systems. Not central air.

Gated communities are safer for retirement in Jamaica.
Moorlands Estates in Manchester will have a Medical office and Health center in that Gated community. So it's coming to Jamaica.
