I believe, if she tried and actually participated, even when not needed, she would've ranked second, maybe even first. But she's shown to not have really cared about doing everything, especially when she thought/knew it didn't exactly matter.

Exactly, they have a HUGE advantage against other humans, and with enough experience , they can overpower titan shifters (as seen when levi beat annie and zeke) Levi was a god from the start, and mikasa became one at the end of the series.
