Not really. He's good, but I think Bach is better because he's the master of the counterpoint and the Tonality. Then you have to say that Mozart learned from Bach just like Beethoven did. Bach is the highest thing music has to offer, and I'm not saying that, but Beethoven or Mozart himself. So, maybe he's the best for you, but the reality is different.
