Good one - Love your humour - Salesman Act - Yeah right - Just give me your name and your email address so we can have a private conversation and exchange real values - Like for example make sure you can buy properties in New Zealand and not waste your precious time because there are some restrictions for foreign buyers or investors.
Over 70% of properties for sale don't list a price. There are several reasons for this. For example, foreign investors are willing and able to pay more for a property than domestic ones. Ultimately it's the market in real estate that forms the price and we adapt to the market as we go.
If our house would be in Auckland with lots of comparable sales data around us - I would not hesitate and set a price. But since our property is very unique it's necessary for us to learn from buyers.
We also learned that keen buyers are more than happy to start to build up trust and get in contact with us the owners. We love that since we think selling and buying should be a two-way win-win experience.
